Really nice little game, never mid the graphics, the music is great ad the story really nicely told with hints all the way before the reveal... and so many more places to explore it's worth going back :) - Great game, great job. :)

I think as children the kid talked to the squid and they were friends. then the squid left and the kid couldn't follow. So now that the kid is an old man he wants to die(because he cant hold his breath forever) with his long lost friend. maybe that's just what I think.

SPOILER: Here is what I think is happening: The squid goes into the pond; the pond turns out to be this giant underwater tunnel; you go after him (or her); it takes him years to get there; (s)he waits (and waits) for you to find h(er)im; you find; they get happy; game over; you win; TOP SCORE!

eventually,strange.once i saw it was an octopus,i was not that good,i thought it was a diver or something,but there is something weird here:the octopus made it trough air.

Lovely game. Full of life and very sad but in the way you want to be happy and cry at the same time. Really makes you feel like your the person in the pound looking for your long lost friend. Every time I found I note I got happy hoping a would reunite these good friends. You feel like you just did a good act after playing this. Long live this game =) 5/5

That was absolutely beautiful.... What an amazing story and game. I would rate 10/5 if i could but for now 5/5 will suffice.

I'd like the end more if he found a corpse. That would make sense, since he said he can hold his breath forever now. :)

On the gameplay, I think I would have enjoyed slightly more if I knew that I couldn't make any mistakes. Because there were multiple paths, I felt that I might go the wrong way, and miss out on parts of the story. If you were to make another game like this, possibly just have a one way path, then you can also get more parts of the story in there and get your point across easier. I absolutely love these types of games, and would love to see more from you. All in all, the game was really...deep. =P

I think that this game has a deeper meaning, I think that when your friend jumped into the pond it means that he got into a bad lifestyle such as drugs. You always hope that he'll be the same and you start trying to be like him, but you realize that you've both lost yourselves and he is too far gone. Or I think that's what it means.

The octopus thing should say something at the end. it was kind of too much of a cliif hanger ending for me. otherwise, i realy liked the game. it was pretty "deep" (no pun intended).
