5,890,000 later and kongregate doesnt register the badge >.< No time to take a screen shot either as the score flashes so quickly. This is could be a major issue of anger for such a relaxing game!

But seriously, the mp3 feature is an awesome addition. There's nothing quite like frantically chasing yellows while the notes are all swaying around to the Safety Dance.

For the first time i played letting go song, i had yellow madness at start, sucessfully avoided all the red shapes and collected 81% of the shapes, and i still got only 4,038,244 score.

just beat my previous high score by almost 3 million. An early purple power/yellow madness combination can make all the difference. This one is all about patience. I found straight pattern with fixed motion made for the easiest game. Good luck :)

It is so stupidly random. Got a yellow madness within the first few seconds of the song. Collected every last yellow over 100 combo never hit a single red collected 96% of the notes and STILL didn't even hit 3 million points. Don't waste your time.

purple power+yellow madness=wow,I got both of them together and all of a sudden I was at 96x modifier near the start.
ended up with over 8 million points

Unless you get a yellow madness in the first 1/4 of the song you are going to fail just reset. It is so stupid and random to get the badge. Game is decent fun though.

Never mind... I'm an idiot. You can't play this game and listen to something else via your computer at the same time. It worked after I killed the web radio. So just ignore my last comment. ;) PS: I still find this game awesome. :D

I played this a while back, and got the first three badges. I thought, cool, that's as good a reason to get the last one, especially with the extra points handed out. The problem is that I can't seem to play. Looking through the comments I noticed that I'm not the only one. The music bugs out and no shapes appear. If anyone would have an idea on what's wrong, I would be grateful for the help.

@shamwow 97 I agree that it's good that they are picking hard badges aswell and keeping it fresh and interesting, but my gripe was because they choose two hards in a row; a real issue for those with limited time. Maybe breaking it up a little would have been nice, especially after that Toss The Turtle one which took years and yeeeeears!

I love this game, sometimes I would just come back to it to play a few of my favourite songs. The songs are very calming and nice and the gameplay style is relaxing. But really, the MP3 option is the thing that makes me come back. I just upload of few of my favourite Chrono Cross OST music and play. This game is near perfect.

....even though it give the date, I honestly have no idea when I did this, especially considering I don't have either of the medium badges. Maybe I just got lucky on one run?

For the hard badge, I did it on "Letting Go" in and out, fixed motion. The part that helped me was when you get "yellow madness," wave your mouse back and forth super fast along the yellows. That will help you get the most yellows and up your combo counter a lot. Btw, I got around 5.5mil before bonus at 82%. Just make sure not to hit reds and keep your combo going.

The hard badge is possible. I just got it. I used Straight and Fixed options so I didn't get reds falling back onto me. The key was to get a purple power up while a flashy shape was on the screen. The purple power pulls in all the non-red shapes, so you pick up the flashy, which turns all the remaining shapes yellow, and you suck those all in, too. I got it early and went from a 21x combo to a 64x combo instantly. Then it's just a matter of avoiding reds and collecting everything else you can. Final score was over 5.4M.

How am I supposed to get the "Never gona let you down" badge? I caught all the yellows and purples, didnt touch any reds and caught 82% of all the shapes as well. And i got 2.000.000 points? O.o

Actually the hard badge for this game is kind of easy if you follow Lawliette tip.
It might take some tries but it won't be that hard I promise.

I know. Hard is fine, but these border on impossible. I missed the Toss the Turtle, I kept getting spiked before 3mil. This one might end up being more luck than skill, as well.

To all those people complaining about the "badge of the day" changes, I think it's great that they are picking hard level badges instead of just easy and medium
