I'd prefer it if all bricks reset after point 8 and you could just assign a number to the gates you want to press. Now it's more about timing it right and activating them in the right order. 1 mess up and you need to undo all and redo them again at the correct moments. This is what makes it so frustrating.

fun idea but why wouldnt you give the player better control over what number the ball gets released on!!?? just put a + or - or better yet a keyboard 1-8 input.
frustrating. had to quit playing.

It's a fun game, and a bit challenging at the end, but it needs a bit of a tutorial for those that don't read the instructions (most of us who are used to tutorials), some control for the timing rather than actually timing it, as well as some creative control. Namely, creating the levels so that they sound like music instead of noise.

Played this game on Oct. 1, 2011 and finished on Oct. 2. I really liked this game back then, and it was fun looking at it again. Thanks for the nostalgic BotD.

I agree, level 12 is an impossible seeming level, but until then, I was seriously enjoying the game. I would like to see a sequel that has less difficulty, and maybe a reset button. also, maybe more color for more instruments. I cant wait for the next music bounce!!
