why do i have to buy weapons again, if i want to reuse them? and why can't i switch weapons between my marines? (all in the briefing)

At level three and it seems rather unfair that the enemies have roughly equivalent stats to us but are more numerous and don't have problems with ammo or weapon heat. That difficulty spike aside seems pretty good.

When I read "funny lil' web games!" I thought it was some 2d crappy hellokitty style game.. But hey, this is AWESOME! 5/5

I didn't think this game would be any good from my first impression. However, after playing a few levels, I was blown away! This game is very addicting and outwitting your opponents is a whole lot of fun.

I have given this game several fair tries now, and there are just too many limiting factors for it to be playable. ANY monster can kill one of your guys with one lucky turn, you can only fire half the time because of cooldown, AND you run out of ammo. If you try to run half way across the map to get more ammo, you die to all the monsters between you and the ammo box. It looks to me like you spent all your time/budget on the graphics and didnt give a crap about playability. The whole basic system needs to be changed to be playable. I am not coming back to this game again until it is fixed. Goodbye.

sucks getting to the round where you need grenade launcher and being 50 creds short. So I get to run around trying to get the immune aliens close to the explosive barrels...not fun. Time to try a different game and lowers this from 4/5 to 3/5 for me. The experience thing is a bit annoying. I had one guy fall behind and had to work for the next three levels to get him kills while the more advanced guys waited. Some kind of bonus for just finishing the level would help.

Yeah, level 3 just is not possible without some sort of healing item, which this game DESPERATELY needs given the current stat system.

Okay, how the hell are we supposed to beat level 3? I cant even GET to the ranged guys because of the infinite supply of the little sewer spawned things. Not enough health to survive more than two of them, and the weapon heat is INSANE, I only fire twice then have to skip TWO rounds to fire again???? Its got awesome graphics and is a wonderful idea, but the stats are poorly thought out and implemented.

This is a good game. Impressive graphics. For some minor improvements: 1)allow user to skip enemy turn or fast forward 2)make it so that we can read the briefing without having to restart the mission 3)let us upgrade the weapons themselves so we don't just "stack" our money for no reason 4) allow the soldiers to level up and be upgraded either mid-level or even after a level is "lost" 5)make some replay-able levels

This game is just executed so well. I love the fact that you control 3, and only 3 soldiers. It makes it feel more like a special ops mission then a full on war, which isnt really a bad thing. A lot of games in this genre will slowly increase your # of commanded troops until it just becomes time consuming and boring to play.

this game has nice graphics but the gameplay is rather easy you should add some more difficulty to the game and if you can maybe some smarter npc

This game is enjoyable and fun to look at, but isn't (quite) perfect. Many commenters take issue with no way to speed up the enemy turn, but that wasn't much of an issue for me. The real downer was the difficulty, or lack thereof. Characters improved so much so quickly that the enemies didn't have any means of not getting mowed down en masse by a marine or two on guard. Only levels 10 and 12 presented any semblance of a challenge, and that was mostly from almost running low on ammo. I feel like this game could really use a mission pack/expansion with more challenging scenarios, which could make this game really shine.

make it so that at the end of a battle you just share the exp whith the whole party
instead of each party member gets diferent amount of exp depending on how much mobs he killed

perhaps a better dieing animation is in order. i luv this game, but clicking on a guy who vanishs into a bunch of damage numbers insnt enough

one of the best games, but a little romm for improvement. a cd version thats better with smaller gid would be amazing
