What I will never understand is the logic behind any survivors that are in the area that you are reclaiming, they get up and move to another square. What's going through their minds when they do this? "Look there's some humans killing the zombies in this place, and now they're going to add it to their fort. Let's move to another infested square instead of joining up with the fort."

I don't understand these zombies. 800 of them are knocking at my door (huge map, kind of tough) but even though the door is open, they don't come in! I haven't had a zombie attack in more than 50 rounds, aside from horde attacks ... well, I'm gonna leave for another city in a few rounds anyway. Still ...

Major Outlaw finds whisky in a schoolhouse. I ask why that would happen... my mom says it's because the teacher had a student like me... xD

Hello, my name is Major Outlaw and I look like Mr. Noodle from Elmo's World, that TV show for 2-year-olds that caused someone to go insane and create the first zombie. It certainly wasn't me...

-So you are from this huge, defended fortress with lots of reinforced outposts, plenty of food, new apartments, bars, hospitals, schoold and even electricity?
-Yes
-You will give me LMG if I join?
-Yes, most of us can melee dozen of zombie bare handed.
-And everybody is safe in your place?
-From moment our leader set first few blocks and start retaking whole city building, by building we had no deaths. Just few dog bittes, flue and 2 zombie bites, but everything was healed.
-YOU CAN HEAL ZOMBISM?
-Sure, we developed cure week ago. So you want to join our city?
-No I will rather stay in this place with 30 zombies near me.
-Oh, ok.

imo; I do not get this game at all, the only way to see what happened etc. is by ending the day, no idea how long to leave the men I sent to kill zombies in said building, its been 4 days and no word herd back from them but when I click the info it always stays the same.
How do you skill up your survivors or do they auto skill up?
I see no action happening or cut scenes for events etc.
I feel like a 'Helyn Keller' playing this game. :/ and a scary hypothetical thought that if this game were real life 90% of the population would all be zombies or dead etc. . . ironic 5/5

My name is Dude Fart Smeller, and I may be the last man alive. I've been on the move for so long, running from those things, those monsters that used to be human. They were bakers, programmers, teachers, neighbors. Now they sniff the air like wolves and their dead eyes watch endlessly for the movement of their prey. Me. I'm down to a few supplies and my trust WOT IN TARNATION Cowboy Hat. I'm so tired, but I have to get to the city before nightfall.

Isn't there supposed to be a special ending if you lose your last survivors from the ritual suicide? I can't seem to get that special ending now. When my last survivors kill themselves, I just get the generic "game over" cutscene that says the zombies took over. That happening to anyone else too?

after finally making it to safety behind the walls of our new city, we found that there were other communities like ours. one of my survivors got sick so we tried to rush her to a doctor. we ended up getting ambushed by a group called the saviors, the leader of the group introduced 2 of our members to his wife named Lucille. It sure was a night to remember.

Great game, but Jesus fking Christ!!! I Lost more people towards Religion then to zombies!!!, and I don't mean they switched to religion and quit their day job! - They full on jumped the walls and killed themselves!!! - They were killing themselves faster then I was able to recruit and retain them!!!

Lots of thought put into it and there is a surprising amount of content for a flash game.. Great stuff. Love zombies. And what beats yelling at people through a microphone to join your town?

AceJ2, This game is absolutely possible to beat on Impossible mode (once you get a decent strategy). Impossible is the only mode I play on Rebuild 2 anymore (and I do win). It is the original Rebuild's Nightmare mode that is harder and will likely take longer to master. Good luck!

My way to beat impossible: Get max survivors from an earlier play through, GET A HOSPITAL AND FARMS ASAP. Focus then on getting some defensive structures, if none are nearby, scout for farms, homes, and survivors. Recruit all survivors you see and can house. Leave no survivor out when you have room. Act quickly too, and work on research when you're able to do so.

@santitorito1 WOW, Superman? Zombies stand no chance. And the funny part is that you posted this in 2014, and you have 2014 ratings. (that includes my rating plus). side note, if you get more likes then 2014 im gonna dislike to keep it at 2014. BECAUSE IRONY.

Valmarsun: I don't make walkthroughs. Start Impossible with survivors from a previous game with maxed stats. Get Hospital ASAP, you've got about a week ingame. Get Lab next, start on Vitals, Preservation, Stealth, then Antivenom, between Day 40 and 50 you start getting the chance of someone waking up Zombie. Let the strange scientist in, give an assistant, get Horde data. Convert another building to a Lab to massively increase chance of the Zombie Cure becoming available. Keep food and Happiness up during this. If you're having problems with Happiness consider letting the Church of the Chosen start, though you'll need to be careful to not let your fort go suicide cult. Realize that sometimes the RNG will decide it hates you on a particular playthrough. The game autosaves every end of day. If you lose survivors/too much territory to a zombie attack or lose people on a mission, you can quit back to menu and pick up the autosave to redo your assignments.
