Reminds me of on of those cheese old school console games you would get dirt cheap at a yard sell, get home to realize why you got it so cheap. That being said I give it a 4/5 for the nostalgic feeling alone.

I wish I could have gone on a murderous rampage in the last screen. What a bunch of horrible friends that axolotl has, making him risk his life like that.

Is there someplace to skip the intro story? I never got to gameplay because it was too long, I am just that impatient and the story sucked. Sorry but 1/5 for making me suffer

Wow. I would be pissed if I was that poor, friend-saving lizard. I risk life and spikey death just for a surprise party XD. Awesome ending for a laugh. Problem is, I would say there's just not much puzzle about it.

I enjoyed it. I wish there were more friends, that were harder to get to. More like side quests than afterthoughts. Most of the friends were just along the way. That being said, my favorite part was being to occasionally use gravity to slip between the floor and go through the level in a different way than appeared to be intended. Good game.

Might be a good game, but I can't get past the second level to tell. The controls and physics are far too finicky for me, assuming there's some way to use his surroundings to make him jump far enough. The axolotl is cute, though.

cute, enjoyable, and simple yet occasionally challenging gameplay! a great start to hopefully a successful flash game career, 5/5, hope to see more :D

Great game. Physics are a touch loose, so the friction feels a touch off. Other than that, a fun time. The ending is a blast.

Great game, 5/5. I really do think level 5-5 is pretty cruel but whatever. I love the ending :) this game needs badges....

Fun Fact: Pixelotl is based off the actual axolotl. According to John Hodgman's More Information Than You Require, an old saying goes: Tap, tap the ketchup bottle None will come then axolotl. NOW YOU KNOW!
