Played the game to get the badge yesterday...Came back today so I could stand on the edge of the volcano and wind down time, all 400 years gone...I just wanted to watch the world burn.

the game's atmosphere that brings calmness, is the key for me to become the stone face and get FinalSense of the game. as you getting closer to the end, it's like when your fate is already in your veins, and helps you to walk, without thinking in to destiny.
for me it was a entirely new experience from a game. great job :)

Hey, I think this is supposed to be why the end didn't occur in 2012. Cause it was supposed to end in December, and (spoiler alert) since the game ends in winter 2013, it's a year after the end was supposed to happen, meaning that the calamity was avoided.

Meh. He walks so slowly that the game's a real drag. And I was supposed to work out on my own that I should just wait for about 50 years after giving wheat to the villagers so they'd eventually get off their asses and build me a bridge? Not exactly intuitive in a game where the player has a definite time limit, so waiting and hoping seems like a really bad idea. (Except that it turns out you have about three times as much time as you actually need...)

Don't worry if you waste time, there's PLENTY. I wasted like 300 years before I realized they had built a bridge for me, and I still completed it with time to spare.

Holy shit, what a beautiful game. This is a great blend of art and retro graphics, especially with all the effects you've used. I was listening to my own music, but it all went together very nicely. I'd love to see something more adventurous from you in the future, possibly incorporating more elements of gameplay in with a similar story. 5/5, looking forward to more of your work.

uuuuuh.... yeah. Blocking lova in a volcano is probably the dumbest thing to do. instead, drill a hole and let the pressure run free; probably even creating new land in the process.
