i don't know why people don't understand the meaning of perfect. why do they say "it should be a few points away" or "if you miss a note you should get perfect." Perfect means you hit every note correctly fill all holds and not press any incorrect notes. + if you agree

I started playing this game again for the nostalgia, (I played this game a lot back in the day) but damn I'm only realizing now how much of a banger some of these songs are.

Some tips for beating bosses: The pizza man: Just don't look at his speech bubbles - The puppet: get him in a easy and fast music like Stormfield - The pirate god:(on pro) always miss one of the notes when you're on 4x - The brothers: Play the song without them to know what arrows are coming - The Shadow: try to beat him in Just wanna burn pro mode. the mischief ability will not bother you - The god of time: just drink lots of coffee and try to kick him. (if you think this is useful please make it alive)

the random lag spikes make this game unbearable sometimes. you can be riffing absolutely perfectly but then suddenly your game freezes for a few seconds, and then your Eddie Van Halen Silver Surfer crashes down to earth, and alongside him, your heart.

Part (2/2)
Dunno if a 5th game will come to life. But if so I have a few ideas. 1: Maybe have fully customizable keys, as I found that even though I customized my keyboard language the game still registered the physical ASDF keys instead of the keys I assigned the letters to (e.g ETYH). 2: Maybe have a 'practice' mode for those who want to perfect a specific part of a song (or even create their own). The player could either pick a part of an in-game song and have it play multiple times until satisfied OR the player could manually assign keys on the music sheet.

@nadroj345 Even though it says 17, you must Overkill all the bosses in ALL the songs in pro mode. Good luck for Time God.
Managed to do (like 4 and a half years ago) the last triple notes of Fairest One of All perfect. Had to have my left pinky go from A to F for the last holding notes, then have my index hover the left key and finally quickly alternate between both ↓ → and ← so they could all register.
As for PvsG, it is definately possible to pull it off by alternating ↑and ← while holding D for the arrows to be registered, but still a pain in the ass to achieve it six times in a row. Wonder if anyone else struggles with key-registration problems (I would understand if I'm alone since the game is getting old).

@minecraftguy6 And the Phusion trick, both the skills are activated at the same time, that means the key inverts and are replaced with diamonds at the same time, making it harder.

The king of hardest song is Switch vs Evil dog round 3! Nope, it's not. Neither is Tired old man. The hardest song is song unlocked when we get the reward from the last row of achievements. It's Stealth-Bomba! If you click on it, Guitar vs Piano will start, which's always on pro, you can't change difficulty.

The time god throws you into an infinitetly repeating nightmare of you delivering pizza and being attacked by a guitarist
Hang on, Didn't I kill a pizza guy? Shit. I killed myself >:O

Why making moments when you need to press 3 buttons at the same time? Many keyboards don't let you press left-down-right like you need at the end of "Fairest One of All" on pro. Can't get perfect because of this.

if the pirate has less health cause you have to hit him with a low mulptiplier, does that mean the time god has more health?

This game's awesome, no doubt. This is the best one out of all of them, having the awesomeness of SCGMD3, but the part 2 to the game (Pro Mode) that I enjoyed in SCGMD2. There's so much in here that's new and unique. Bosses, 'chievements, HD guitar graphics, the 5x/10x multiplier for pro only, and other stuff! One setback DOES seem to be the notes when you hit them. I remember when the guitar affected how the note looked when played, but who cares? There's so much other awesomeness, and it was completely unexpected. Tell us not to expect an SCGMD5, I dare you :P

Sometimes it freezes partway through a song. It's infuriating when I've got a 100% streak going on and I miss the LAST FIVE NOTES due to freezing. :(

it would be nice if you could control the volume of the game, just so it would play nice with anything else you might have going on...

The last boss MESSED WITH MAH BRAIN. That was the first boss I failed, (Including a few on pro) and it had 1/2 hp left when the song ended. You sir, are a cruel person to have a boss that can fry brain cells instantly, and in the millions.
