oh yeah... I'm running a 9.9 ghz quad core... got the speed up to 165 and the little guys are running around like little crack monkeys!

Be nice if there was a way to like kill workers by clicking on them or something, that or for them to actually provide you with souls while they're alive. It's sad when you've upgraded life so much that they just keep living... and you can't do anything but wait... and then your computer starts lagging so they live even longer... get my point?

I love what you're doing here. This game is brilliantly original. It seems a little pointless at the moment (but it's a video game, so in the grand scheme of things, if it entertains, then it has served it's purpose). I'm thinking that you have more in store for us (fingers crossed)
At the moment, it's a great concept , a brilliant bit of code that worked flawlessly for me.
It seems that once you get the game rolling, it simply becomes a numbers game- keep guys on the ground, reinvest some resources in 'farmers', throw some points at arbitrary stats.... wash, rinse, repeat. After sight is reasonably high, you don't even need the graphical interface...
Once again, hoping you have something up your sleeve, and that these are the underlying mechanics for a grander game.
What I'm saying is that I thinks it's awesome, and it could become even better with ...something more to do. You really could have the next minecraft on your hands if you took it in the right direction.

... Perhaps in the finished product, with the advertised towns and demons and such, there will be other reasons to have higher level guys.

@Granite26 : You are correct. It takes more levels to have soul return the higher the workers level. Thus, having them out a shorter time has a higher time vs souls return. If resources or souls is your goal then you do not want to spend much on the life stat. At most 25 in my opinion.

Perhaps a "simple" mode-- Whatever that means-- for when you have thousands of workers. Maybe dots as workers, or not show them at all, and just the resources? So may ways this game can be an incredible time consumer. 5/5, faved, keep up the good work!

Life seems to suffer from SERIOUS diminishing returns. Since it costs nothing to summon a soul(cost one, returns at least one), having him out longer doesn't really get you anything in a rate of return sense (once he's out long enough to pick up 4-5 things). Unless leveling does something cool besides returning more souls....

the idea is great you have to upgrade stragtgaly and also make sure you have an amount of souls to make a good amouont it'lll be great some day well I mean better its great now

Needs an auto-spawn (or better: spawn all) button, spawning 2k+ people takes forever....oh, and game gets a bit laggy with such amounts too ;)
Otherwise funny game, at least for a while since it has no goalz :(

Is anyone else having these issues?
a) My souls sometimes stick to the mouse and won't get away, and I can't do anything.
b) I can't upgrade anything :| Is there a different money I don't know about, because I thought it just meant resources...

love the game and i was playing and i thought why not have some sort of mini map for fun and possibly drop of workers at different locations quickly.

you could impliment other ways for the people to die such as famine, disease or overpopulation... just ways to decrease the amount of people at one time and it could also apply more strategy to the game
