I would mind limited double jumps a lot less if the play control were better. As is, it's way too easy to use them up accidentally.

I'm jumping onto a roof now - correction! That was just a pitfall. So the bad guy standing there was just to taunt me as I fall to my death.

absolutely love this game! i also like giving flowers to the maidens. eh assuming they're still maidens i mean they got their heads all blacked out. whatever!

I can't exactly pinpoint why, but the fun factor just wasn't there. It had many good factors doing a great job for this game, but it just didn't work out... Maybe upgrades would help? Maybe replaying levels was just plain boring and gave you no sense of progress? Maybe the loot could help you go further in the game? Anyway, it just didn't cut out for me, although I see the potential in this. Don't throw the concept away, just give it more polish. Since you're reading and answering people's comments/suggestions, I bet we can have a great sequel! =)

I love the concept and old school style play to it. Everything is well designed. I especially love how you can customize your own controls, this is a big influence on whether or not I enjoy a game. The money does seem rather useless but it doesn't phase me. 5*

I think this game would be better served with a better double jump mechanic. I would support something akin to double jumps reloading over time.

Very frustrating. Spent half hour on first two levels, getting killed and starting over. No lasting upgrades, no progress save, you can't keep double jumps or daggers or parachutes... plus the forced scrolling is annoying. Moving on...

I'd like to see some kind of checkpoint system in place or extra lives after "x" number of unlocks. As is the game is fun but you are limited in how far you can get by your skill and reflexes, with checkpoints and/or more lives it would make it so more players could progress further.

In response to cevgar's comment about double jumps: I think it would be better to have a certain amount of time with unlimited double jumps after you give the flower. That way, you don't have to be distracted by the jump counter.

why would anyone keep playing this if you never gain anything. starting over from the beginning with nothing every time is not fun for a gamer. have you tried it?

It's not clear how to achieve the nest egging badge and it's not that good of a game for me to care enough to find out. I was going to give this game a 4/5 but im giving its a 3/5 for the shity badge.
If you're looking for the % complete, it's in your Loots room, on a sign at the top of the screen. Actually, badges are not the developer's work, they are totally up to Kongregate...

this was fun. Liked all the homages to old school sega genesis aladdin, prince of persia, and assassin's creed. Got a little tedious but still fun

I like the game...but I just don't like the fact of having to do everything over and over again....more like a grind than fun. But I guess the game would be to easy if you had checkpoints...meh.

This game is very fun and well made, but I find it very annoying to be killed by a captain who jolts at you from off the screen. Especially if he is at the end of a large gap, or on top of a difficult to reach rooftop.

This is actually one of the best flash games I've ever played, this could EASILY be a ten to fifteen dollar game on steam with more content, Kudos!

Also, for some reason the percentages seem horribly broken. I only need 9 more missions but the game says that I am at 58%, when I should be around 80%.
