10/10 fantastic game!
I was a bit upset and might have gave it a lower score because of the no upgrades thing
but it seems the game never becomes stale with great enemy design which the further you get the more challenging and unique they are and some fantastic ideas like those leaps of faith from the AC series ;)
you need to do a sequel for this particular game :D if you arent already working on a rogue soul 2 since this can become one of the funnest and most addictive games around with the inclusion of a black market which there you can buy visual gear , effects , attacks ( dive bomb , smoke cloud ) which can be used once so it doesnt make the game too easy and also the sequel could have new backgrounds like tropics , ruins , city grounds and all that :D!!!

Two words to improve this game: Visual Upgrades. New hats, armor, and weapons (weapon upgrades are still visual, they only one shot anyways). I would love to wear black ninja stuff, throw stars, use a lightsaber as a sword.. Endless fun :P

It's okay that there aren't any upgrades, but it would be nice to be able to buy extra daggers, parachutes, and double jumps using the soulons you've earned so far in the game session(your soulons reset when you use up all your continues).

Very nice game! I Like the fact that this game is skill-based, and not just.. farm untill u got the best upgrade and win. =) As others has implied, it would be nice with visual upgrades, but that aint game-changing =) 5/5

I am fine with no upgrades, but I think it'd at least be cool if we could get new costumes and stuff like that. If we got more gold we could get more costumes or different colors for my parachute or other things like that. Not upgrades, just something to make it look a little different. I really enjoy the game, though.

Guys maybe i am missing something, but there is a building in zone 5 which seems impossible to pass, i mean the one with an archer on top and an opening in the middle, with a wall right behind it. I cant double jump over it so i always die there.

You'd think a golden armor could withstand more abuse than a spiked-armor a rogue does... Aaaaand the captain gets knocked down by a punch!
It's written in the game description (750 – Bronze / 1000 – Silver / 1400 – Gold / 1800 – Platinum). But you're right, next time we'll put it directly in game.

So, here we go. Good graphics. Cool story. Addicting gameplay, tons of achievements. Even with boring 1&2 zones, this game is really awesome! Yes, there are couple of minor mistakes, but they are nothing - you've created my favorite Kong game! Thank you!

Well I have to say I really liked this game the artwork was nice and it was challenging enough for it to not be extremely easy (I beat it :D) but also not being to hard for you to lose your mind and chuck your computer across the room either. I really liked the idea of no upgrades beacause you actually have to get good at it instead of just playing for a while. that would give a 1/5 and a 4/5 for the amizing gameplay and art. I look foward to the sequel! :)

Jesus Christ! I played this game for two weeks, trying to get 100% completion ( I got to 92% BTW) and then when I log out of my kongregate account and log in again it deletes all of my progress! I CALL BULLSHIT I WANT MY 92% BACK

I actually like the double jump limit. I also like the sequel, which doesn't have it, but I think making people slow down and think "is it really necessary to double jump here?" makes this game more interesting and unique, especially if you can get pretty far into it and you start kicking yourself for not saving double jumps and daggers earlier on.

Challenge medal requirements are actually listed ingame, although not explicitly. When you die, mouseover the hint tooltip and click to read through them. #12 lists the required score for each medal. Little tip for the "Watch your step" one: don't forget you can land on the barrels and vases to stay aboveground and grab every white feather you can (more points and they're your double jumps).

I've customized controls with S - Slide, D - dagger and F - Parachute (Flight). It's way easier for me to notice them when the key gives a direct association with the action.
