for those who are stuck: although the tutorial helps, here are some more critical hints.
You only need 1-3 miners. they die too fast, and upgrading your money persecond helps more
when you are very close to killing the enemy statue, if they send a counter attack, take control of one soldier and continue battering the statue instead of attacking the enemy. this way, you don't need to waste effort killing enemy soldiers. this strategy also works if the enemies are going to kill you. overall, the two most useful units are the swordwrath and giant, because you can mass produce swordwrath and giants are invincible when you are controlling them. until you get giant, substitute them with spartans. be sure to have 2-3 backup archers in case you have to retreat!

i know a good strat for the very first level. just go through the tutorial till u get to the part where u have to force ur men to attack. just get as many troops as possible, exit the tutorial and let hell rain

should have a 5 point badge for 100 stickmen killed 15 point badge if completed on normal and a 30 for hard an 60 for insane

Spearton units controlled by the player are the best choice, they can also dodge arrows (actually most units can) by zig-zagging while running to get close for the kill. Try hitting swordwrath soldiers before they can hit you, you have longer reach, that will stop them in their tracks and let you finish them of without taking damage. If you're being attacked by sword soldiers and archidons, kill one swordwrath, dodge an arrow and repeat, until you're close enough to hit the archer. To kill the giants, try getting behind their backs, if more units are hitting him, he'll focus on you, letting them hit him unpunished. You're an attacker, so don't waste upgrade points in the statue (upgrade the hp ONCE if you find it isn't holding up very well). If you find yourself with enough resources, create a mage, his minions will greatly boost your army and take a lot of heat from you, they're also free (after the 1200, that is...), so remember to upgrade the number of minions a mage can summon.

Umbriel, I'm totally with you on this one, this game is one of my favorites i gave it five stars man, i play this game at least like, 3 times a week..flipping amazing, stickpage doesn't dissapoint

bortis_78 you have the gut to say ''shit game'' when this game allmost constantly has a 4.5 rating, is considered one of the best game son stickpage.com, is a favourite for stick fanatics, and in my opinion is only bad in comparison to how much i used to love it. Played it so much it got boring and now all I do is look at troll comments and wish for a sequel. (What is the background music in the intro? I looked in the credits and it does'nt seem to be there? If you composed that yourself wonderful job id just like the name)

to win last lvl just get a giant then control it, will gain good buffs along with swordwrath and theres your best combo(or maybe magikill instead of swordwrath adn extra giant if your current one dies)

i saw a typo on the second ice hills level when you win it.... sorry not trying to be a nitpick....awesome game...needs badges and a second version :)

patterthematter it's not hard just start off by maxing out you income per second which is the upgrade at the top right of the statue in the upgrade panel after every battle

if you can't beat the magikill, remember that if you are controlling a spearton, they kill the little minions in two hits regardless of spear level. 1 spearton you control + 2 archers should let you survive the initial barrage of wizards.

my ideal setup: upgrade archers, speartons, and giants to full. upgrade castle gold to max. upgrade miner's mining speed twice and bag capacity once. Didn't bother with swordsmen or mages.
