Nice, impossble badge :) . Getting the diamond score on level 11 was pretty tough, maybe even harder than beating challenge VI.

Not much of a plot and lack of variety in enemy units... But still a very solid tactical game. Combat is intense and relentless. Really impressive for their first game.

About the aliens : They have 6 MP. They come out from the ventilation grids, so always have your troopers away from them and you should be ok !

5/5 A very personal minus point is the +AP abilities, which I happen not to like, but I wish there were more games like this

when i start the game..well i can do is start change my name and gender then a picture of a guy in a dark scene with no details other then silhouette of building and some stars....best game ever :P orrrrr nott

BUG:reported in mission 6 you can click on bekket andmove him before the doors are open but then you cant move anyone else

Very challenging and addictive! Very rewarding to complete challenges or get medals. Allthough I just supprised myself by doing challenge 5 with only 10 turns... =O

Hmm. I just got the gold on Mission 8 with only 2 skill points, but I didn't get the Challenge 2 badge. Is it a typo on the badge, do I need less than 2 skill points, or a bug? :(

This game is tough! Reading this in the description, "All missions can be won in gold the first time." is very discouraging to me because I get bronze on every mission I complete, and I have to go back and retry atleast a half-dozen times to get anything better.

Jolly Adam Roger: except for the first (tutorial) level you can only get ruby and diamond if you play it on hard. For that to be possible you need to finish the game first to unlock hard mode and then play the level on hard.

I've completed level 2 in 5 turns without taking any damage whatsoever, and the game refuses to give me the ruby badge even though it states that I need to finish the level in under 6 turns and take less than 20 damage. Either their is a typo in the description, or the game is broken.

Here is the specs of the tentacle enemies on the last mission, for those of you having troubles. These are observations from the hard difficulty. A tentacle can attack you during your turn if you try to move a trooper who is currently 2 spaces away from one, but any other action is okay. During the alien turn, the tentacles have longer range, but can only attack BEFORE they change position. The orange 100 HP tentacles have 3 range, the boss tentacle has 5 range. They can't see through walls, so use those 3 little walls in the middle of the map to hide behind after you damage it. If they have 2 troopers within their attack range, they will attack both of them. The boss tentacle makes 7 hexes of acid when it attacks, but only when it attacks on the alien turn. The magnet bomb effect can block the tentacles' line of sight, and it doesn't interfere with Pierce's bomb throwing. Very handy.

Really good tactics game. Global tips: movement is far more important than defense. Best defense is let the aliens move to you - they are faster so use that against them. Check their attack range before you move your troops and remember exploding aliens have an extra hex of range. Going into alert mode with any trooper generally means poor tactical choice in that round - try to set a plan that avoids using it. Farro is sometimes okay because of sentinel, but his flamer is too valuable to restrict once the exploding aliens show up. Taylor's sprint should be used liberally, save Blake movement buff for emergencies. Woods' powers almost useless except accuracy buff if you know you'll have a tough shot that round. Mag mines are the best chokepoint defender - fire and forget that corridor for up to 3 turns! Never ever leave any soldier near a vent.

i feel like some medals are borderline impossible if you get bad spawning... particularly with explosive aliens, which leave damaging puddles blocking your progress for sometimes quite awhile. i was stuck on the labs mission for ages because explosive aliens just kept gooping up my way forwards. 3/5 for needless frustration.
