I love this game, this is a great multiplayer game were you strategize and conquer your way to victory, you can join or create an allience and conquer the weak,

nerds9 yes it is smart to do that it used to give you metal and oil but now it just give you a % boost
plus the 30,000 metal and oil storage bosst was the hole round that was one of the sad updates plus no bounty that was funn when i had number one bounty the hole game

o and another thing i forgot its an old saying we used to use a person that can stop from becomeing somones conquer is a noob but somone that can has skills that know high level will every acheive
basicly it means that if you just got the colony a few days ago and try and protect it you will lose because there would likly be somone a higher rank then you but if all you do is work on building buildings you will build up much faster

@LaBaDA you get a warning the number at the botom of colony that goes down by one every tick is how long you sheild lasts. and for most of you that dont know this the game has been around for years and has been under alsot of upadates most good some bad if you have a problem go to there fourms at www.battledawn.com/forum/

It would be nice if they gave you a 24 hour warning for your protection wearing off... I always get messages saying “ tick 150, your protection has worn off” then “tick 151, your colony has taken by UltimatNooBOwnR4487, Loser!” XD. It’s a very good game though, it just takes a bit to learn how to play to win…

Get your badges and get out of this one! This game is not fun AT ALL for new players. Your protection only lasts so long (not long enough to learn how to properly defend yourself) and you get conquered as soon as your protection wears off. I guess they need to be propped up with new blood by having badges attached.

Guys, rating a game bad because of badges is like insulting the developers for doing a bad job, they give all their hard work into this stuff, and when somebody is looking for high rated MMOs to play, the badge hunters come in and ruin battledawn's chances for getting more players by rating the game badly, guys, cut tactisoft some slack, this is a awsome game which they work really hard on to manage,and they dont deserve these horrible reviews and comments

The problem with the beginners protection is if you enter the world late it really doesn't last long enough to help. This game fails in that regard. Along with the fact that it won't give me the medium badge.

How about instead of complaining that an MMO has badges you play a game because you like it, not to get a pretty insignificant badge, there are planty of good games on kong that have badges. As for being pissed of because you got conquerd, if you are only here for the badges you only have to log in once a day and build structures.

this has some pretty BA music for an MMO :). It's a realy fun game, and the badges arn't hard if you only give it 5 mins a day.

This game does not seem to work for other OS's than Windows, I have tried 3 different browsers and it still gives me an error.

tried to play, but can't see the texts. for example: castle? what castle? structure tab? are there any tabs?
btw, i'm using ubuntu remix. and i didn't rate, coz i can't play it.

this game is crap, there is no point in playing unless you get in on day 1 maybe day 2 other than that you are just cannon fodder and will have no fun at all...personally I will wait for the card to be offered on another game.

The problem I see with the protection thingy, is there is not enough time or resources to build up an army unless you boost urself. The other problem with this is immediately after the protection goes away some really powerful colony decides u look like apetizer and conquers you. If you agree pls rate up. ty.

Those who say you need to pay to have fun clearly didnt gave the game a chance. Very few people donate and those who reach the top are smart, daring and active players, not noobs who pay. Those are rapidly destroyed, not to mention, unless a person is spending A LOT of money each week, the few extra resources and production boosts they gain are normally not relevant. Look at the market. There isnt overpowered things that make the game only for supporters. There isnt a special troop type, or a battle bonus or a special type of shield or missiles that need to be payed. Not to mention a lot of the good stuff can be purchased with blue tokens that you get by voting, completing achievements, or even capture in a lucky wreckage.

well atleast in this game you have a CHANCE of getting special money, not like in other online games people spend 30 dollars to get themselves a little turrent gun for their ship (now im not naming names)

ppl who complain aboutv the badges cmon... there are over 30k games on this site and at least 1000 badges. play a different game....
