depressing, interesting, whatever. I love that Kong still puts these games on their front page, we need more independent games that rival newgrounds

Good game. Although, I expected him to hit the switch one more time to get emo attire, then write a poem, and THEN jump.. but oh well. It was fun.

Hoyt everyone sees things differently, if it's not amazing to you neither them nor you are wrong, only different. Personally I thought it was amazing, but that's just me, if it's amazing or not is up to you, but you can't tell me I don't think it's amazing, just like I can't tell you that you should think it's amazing.

This game is OK. I feel like all the people proclaiming it to be super amazing and great are kind of overstating the quality here. The mechanics are good, the puzzles are pretty simple, but require a bit of effort. The story is fine, but not amazing, nothing very revolutionary about a kid getting over the super hot girl and moving on with life. Battling yourself isn't unheard of in the gaming world either. Also the final battle of playing simon after caging yourself up was pretty weak I felt. All in all it was a decent game, but could be a lot more entertaining. Solid effort and I think this developer shows a lot of promise for future development, but let's calm down with the hyperbole on this one.

Man, everyone knows cheerleaders aren't the good ones anymore. Nowadays cheerleading teams are filled with unattractive chicks who wish they were hot and nasty, skinny girls who think way, way too highly of themselves. Field hockey teams and dance teams are where it's at...or at least it was 3 years ago when I was still in high school. Anyways, as to the game, while I suppose I don't really identify with the message I can still appreciate where it's coming from. On the other hand, it all came off extremely depressing. Then there's the end which, like grey wolf indicated, makes it seem like the kid wound up killing himself or something, and the grey ending is the hallucinations of his dying mind. Idk, the whole game made me feel mildly uncomfortable for some reason.

When a flying castle can't hold your dreams, the obvious thing to do is freefall out of it, drop 5000 feet into the schoolyard, then nonchalantly walk up to that hot girl you like and pretend you really don't care about her since you've learned to dream bigger. ....She doesn't care because you're still ugly. Great effort at a thoughtful game, even if the story is a bit odd. 4 stars.

This game was wonderful. The battle against yourself meant something, with each hit giving a new philosophical phrase. It made me think about myself for once. By the way, Hans didn't die. Stay after the credits. Sad, right? The extras help to grasp the whole concept as well. I chose to favor this game. It's worth it.

Cute. I was sure that the 2-pixel cheerleader was going to turn out to be the dumpy but sweet girl, or maybe a dog. Some nice puzzles.

So, this is a story of a depressed teenager that has a mental breakdown involving dissociative disorder and eventually kills himself by jumping off something high. Yeah, that was depressing.
the whole point of the game was that the teenager didn't want to adapt to the real world and he tried to create and utopia. The jumping part represents the collapse of the utopia, coming back to real world

1300 plays and already in top month. The game tags include "Philosophical". About that, you can expect a really good game.

Very nice game. I think that people who enjoyed this game should really read your ticket in the extra. It helps to understand a lot's of things and can make some people feel less alone ;)
I'm happy to see someone else that see video games (not only the playing part, also the making part) the same way I do :)
I'm really looking forward for your next games. Good luck ;)

I got a bug at the level where the blocks fall. One of them fell on my head but didn't kill me, trapping me, though. Had to leave and hit Continue.

Very good. Nice gameplay pacing that made a fun experience that didn't detract from the overall story, and an excellently done story at that. Very interesting and meaningful themes contribute to an excellent flash game in almost every aspect. I honestly can't find fault with this game. Were this game not free, and I knew how good it was, I would gladly give cash hand-over-fist. Fantastic game, 5/5.

Masterpiece. And I do love the feelings you've put in this game. I could almost feel like it's me who is actually trying to do his best through whole puberty thing once again.

Great music, nice graphics, simple yet entertaining puzzles, and a touching story that i have a connection to. This is the sort of game deserving of awards and recognition.
