I have no idea why I haven't rage quit yet. Between the sloppy controls, the seizure-inducing distractions, the basically random difficulty, and the insane precision required, I can't imagine getting to 60 seconds. 26 my best so far, and that was nothing but dumb luck. I think a couple years ago that would have been an impossible badge.

I'm amazed that one of the highest comments is complaining about the only aspects of the game that make it even remotely difficult, and anyone who tries to justify the game gets slammed with downvotes. You people are just frustrated. The hard badge is HARD, not easy. Quit complaining about the spinning and the 'broken controls'. Though I could do without the flashing, removing it would make the game easier; though more importantly it'd make it easier on the eyes, which I could definately support :P

Another problem is the turning (for left handed people). I noticed it turns right most of the time, and since going right is a left brain activity and left handed people are right brain dominate, this effectively makes the game a living hell for left handed people.

The game itself is amazing for how minimalistic it is, but the low rating most likely comes from the strobing lights and random flashes. This could very easily give some people seizures, and a lot of people just don't want those kinds of games on kong.

This game is not difficult, it has what is known as artificial difficulty. Moving to the proper position is simple, but doing it with these sloppy controls causes problems. Should you make a game with the need for precision movement, then you better damn well put in precision control.

Quit complaining about movement control. Adding that in would completely defeat the purpose of the game and make the entire difficulty go away. Enjoy the fact that you can rage at a game that is literally nothing more than moving left to right, and stop begging to make it easier.

Its a cool game, but the controls are way to sketchy. You tap one direction and it jumps to far one way. For a game you need to be precise on you can't be really precise. Getting that badge is more about luck on which patterns you get vs. actually skill in the game...

This "seizure-inducing visuals" complaint is absolute nonsense, as are the floppy controls. The game GIVES you a guide to EVERY EXIT in the form of the background; the visuals aren't flashy or noisy, they're just always moving. It is not the game's fault that you suck at it.

When three of the top five comments are tiny weak babies complaining about the difficulty (artificial my ass, I'm having a fantastic time) you know you've made something special.

This hard badge has been so easy just 'cause I did 163 seconds in the main page. Here I did just 137 sec. at firt try D:

Hard badge is not so hard as I see most people here complaining about. The thing is that it takes you a bit of time to master every obstacle (There are a few really) in the end the only thing that might kill you is a double loop which is a bit harder than a normal loop since you you have to see while doing the first loop.
People here are used to obtaining easy hard badges so don't complain and give it a real try as this is the kongregate spirit!

Psychological warfare is nothing compared to this >.< i can deal with a lot of psychic effects but this breaks me down quite fast

The sensitivity of the arrow keys for the controls is horrible for this type of game. As it speeds up the controls make the game completely un-fun. Allow for the user of the mouse and it would have been much better.

I am amazed by all the people who are so used to games being easy, that they 'minus' the comments that talk about finally achieving the hard badge and note that the players actually ENJOYED the game.
Those who do this, you're doing something very, very wrong.
I do agree that it needs a "seizure alert" but the colors don't actually bug me, in fact I think "Vox populi vox dei" was worse with its flickering white to black flashing, yet no one complains over there.
In short, LEARN HOW TO PLAY AND IT WILL WORK OUT! If you feel sick from playing, then you really shouldn't force it, though.

Just keep at it, the badge took me about 15 minutes. The controls seem dicey at first, but you get a good feel for it pretty quickly.
