Funny, both bad and good, can be hard the easiest people to beat were Blackbeard and Hitler, For Stalin trap him in a corner and hug him like there is no tommorow for Hitler just hug the hell outta him anywhere.

wow, i've been trying to make the most rediculous game ever for ages, but this blew all of my ideas to the ground. Here's the thing: how rediculous it is is what makes it f**king amazing! sideways 8 out of 5

Lvl5) Wait until he reaches a side of the screen and fires three shots then hug him. Lvl6) Wait until he flies at you jump over (or go to one of the sides of the screen) him then hug him. Lvl7) Jump when he jumps, land next to him and hug him. Lvl8) Wait till he charges you then jump on him and hug him.

Move: arrow keys or wasd
Hug: spacebar
Pause: click anywhere outside of the screen

WOOT! I found out you can quick hug almost everyone including Hitler. If you hug them once and rapidly tap the spacebar, you quick hug and they become frozen while you continually hug them to defeat. :D I know it's cheap but doing this I only died once. I'm going for perfect, no hit now.

Making it advance when you hit a button rather than waiting 20 seconds would probably help, I was convinced the game was dysfunctional for a while at the start.
