It would be nice if once you finished a level in two slices in the three slice mode, it would already be unlocked in the two slice mode.

Wait wait, in 2 slice mode even if you get gold on every level, you still don't quite match up to the hard badge? Dayum that's rough. Awesome game though.

managed to get the hard badge: tip for some levels, you have to cut really really thin and even you if you see (R)etry dont press it until the piece is not stopped. Sometimes the mouvements are imperceptible. A level lasted for 5 min + doing nothing cause i was waiting those micro mouvements. Levels not finished at 100% are: lv 3 (80%), lv 4 (69%), lv 7 (61%), lv 8 (97%), lv 14 (68%). Good luck but you will need also patience!

Should make the timer after 3 cuts have been made a bit longer. I've had the fail message come up many times and behind that I get to watch as all the red slowly slides off the screen.

I have completed level (and bested my best %s) countless times AFTER the level has told me I have failed. You should work on that.

Reposting this comment because it's buried somewhat deep: Don't bother going for 100% on 14 in 2 slice, it's not worth it. On 7, use 1st cut to cut the white block to make the gap like normal. 2nd cut from bottom left corner of left block to bottom right corner of right block. Wait a minute to make sure the blocks are both moving towards the middle, then go do something else for ~5 minutes. When you come back you should have 100%.

You can WIN even though you have FAILED.
Although It quickly tells you you have failed, if you wait a few seconds for your pieces to finish moving, and if you are lucky enough to get that little bit more to fall you will actually pass.

There are no very hard badges where the badge can be earned by watching a walk through and following directions correctly. It has to involve some amount of skill that can't be given to you by someone who has done it before.

For level seven, the physics in this game are really poor (which is reasonable), if you cut a very small slice on the bottom of a piece, it will cause a weird effect where the pieces bounce around slightly. If you do it right, you can get 100% on two slice this way.

I've had 1981% on 2-slice mode since before badges were added. Was stoked about the badge, but then couldn't get that last 4%. Finally got it, and then some! 1922% -- Lv1: 100%, 2: 97%, 3: 78%, 4: 75%, 5-6: 100%, 7: 77%, 8: 95:, 9-20%: 100%. Great game ^-^ Would definitely play a sequel!

Statistically the impossible badges have 1/2, or significantly less, winners than the hard badges on this site, or 1/4 the medium (I think in general it goes half, half, half from easy to next difficulty). So looking at that, this game more than deserves an impossible.

Obviously there are some hackers in the high-scores, there are some levels where there's no way to get a 100% (e.g. lvl 3)

Please note: You can still succeed even after it shows as having failed. This can be important on level 16 if going for the hard badge.

For those having trouble with 14, here's what I did for 77% - 1st cut: Roughly half-way between the left-middle and left-top black squares, diagonal right, to just above the bottom right black square. The red on top should hang off the edge. 2nd cut: Roughly 1/3 between the top-left and top right, diagonal right again, you want to cut out a wedge that slides out the bottom right. After that slides out, the triangle on top will drop and fall out the same exit. Hope that helps!

Stupid hard badge - I got MORE than Gold on every level and I'm @ 1860. --> Btw got 1905 but still think it's stupid to set the hard badge @1875 when it should be at a score = all gold

It's also rather annoying when I can see my shapes still moving, but instead of letting any movement pan out, the level ends and I fail. This happens most annoyingly on level 3.

It's possible to get +75% on level 7 in 2-slice mode. The trick is to cut the white and the left upper red square in the first cut (Cut both at the same time), then get as much from the upper right red square afterwards.

Would love a 2 slice guide for level 14. Stuck at 55% for 1862% overall. Very frustrating having 40 "gold" scores and not getting the badge.

This is a great physics game that makes you think instead of relying on how fast you can click the mouse.
For the hard badge (2-slice) you can get 100% on most of the levels. My final scores where I couldn't: 2:95 3:78 4:70 7:73 8:94 14:70
