I'm an Evil Criminal Mastermind, with dozens of loyal minions under my command, world's fiercest warriors employed as my henchmen, with legendary criminals aiding me in my evil missions, and technology advanced enough to build and defend a base on the moon, and i can't do something as simple as to print money?!?! 15 of my minions can take out bulky renowned super heroes, armored tanks fit for war, and strong veterans with massive gatling guns. They however cannot deal with 2 policemen wielding small pistols.

@ Master Thrawn, Flamethrowers, like other things such as Thermite, can burn with out any oxygen in the atmosphere by adding an oxidizer to the compound... So it may not be a conventional flamethrower, but maybe one that shoots a self oxidizing compound. :3
