I too am having trouble with this game crashing and I really want the medal for the pixel challange but can't get it because of this game. Can you please remove it from the challange.

OK, this is a Kongregate side issue I think. I just played this on Newgrounds after updating Flash and Firefox. Maybe something to do with the medal system or something.

great game! Shadow- try to get the boulders to fall on him. he will drop dark gems. gather them all, and he will fall. Plus if this is helpful!

Hey. I wanna tell you about beating the game. It doesn't require defeating shadowman, it needs you to have full skills (running, jumping, etc.) and double jump to get into this techy place with a computer, interact with the computer, and you'll remember everything and have a cool scene with your true self...

this game is so f stupid wtf. i am so sick and tired of having to wait 5 seconds everytime the character gets hit by something. yet there is no weapons to defend or attack with by day 5? wtf game is dumb. There needs to be a 0/5.. a 1 is not low enough

Gosh!! I am so angry! I know about the other complaints about this game, it crashes for me and i cant finich the pixel pack. But what angers me more is that nothing is being done about it! I tried contacting Kongregate, and they never replied!! add here if u think something needs to be done!!!!

Game works for me but the game isn't showing the entire screen. I can right click and click "Show All" and that works, but only after it loads. When I click play, it goes right back to not showing the entire screen

the problem with this game appears to be only on kong. i tried it on 3 other sites and it worked. and judging only by the different play buttons between those games and this one, it may be that we're missing an update or something.

I'm not sure what your guys' problems with this game are, but it worked just fine for me. I got the Pixel Pack medal after getting the badge. Don't say "neither can anyone else"... :)

So try the following and it should work: Go to http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable and download the latest version of Firefox Portable (I think there is only the latest version available, so it shouldn't be difficult ;) ) Then go to http://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#plugins and use the "easy to use Flash installer for Firefox Portable" (http://portableapps.com/node/15501) and install it in the same folder as your Portable Firefox. uhmm idk why but all of a sudden the adobe flash plugin always crashes now and I have to report it and reload the page. Can anyone tell me how I could fix this? I'm trying to get the pixel pack and this is my last badge. Plz reply asap if u know how I could solve this problem

by the way, here are some tips about leveling up QUICKLY after a failed attempt at the nightmare:
when the game restarts outside your house, start running from the left-most ledge to the right-most (where the boy is), and vice-verca. your run skill will improve quite quickly. after that, just start jumping around, fom one ledge to another etc. find a solitary enemy and bump onto him, then leave it alone AND STAY STILL. bumping on enemies will slowly level up your fortitude, and standing still will heal you, which means leveling up the healing skill.
it won't take much time go get up to level 5.
IMPORTANT: talk to the boy and give him gems until you gain 7-8 hearts, the hearts somehow symbolize the girl's energy, like the hearts in legend of zelda.
with these simple tricks you will be able to become more capable to defeat the nightmare, but still... it's not JUST skill and levels but luck too! frustrating, i know, but you can't do otherwise :-(

as many people said before me, it's a flash problem, not a browser problem. it works on me in google chrome while tygrys1 says that it does not work for him, even though we use the SAME browser. so people, stop being such crybabies, for the love of god! :-)
i'm not trying to bootlick the game's creator, i just want to defend a really nice lil' game. i too have lag problems with others games while other people have no lag whatsoever, so it would be immature of me to acuse the game creators...
as about the hate against the nightmare. yes, i was VERY frustrated about it too, but it just needs some time. not as much as you think, though. if some people can't understand this and just want to end the game with no effort...well, go play brutes or something, where you don;t have to do anything at all :-P
i do not want to sound insulting, but seeing some people being ignorant just makes me sad :-O

I agree there! It's the flash player that gotten wrong. and yes by the name of GOD I did beat the game perfectly. And I don't understand why people keeps downrating the comments that actually said it worked. And NOT doing it to irritate others.and thus FIX THE FLASH PLAYER PEOPLE. not the game
