*creates a massive 20 story hotel* *waiting for all the rooms to fill up* *destroys the elevators* Your all going to stay here FOREVER!!!!!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAH

It is funny how the game assigns tasks. If three washing machines are broken down, one engineer fixes a machine and then goes to wait for the elevator, until engineer two comes in who fixes machine three. Hehe. Same for maids.

so I watched a guy not eat or drink for over 5 months no exercise for over a month when he did he ran on a treadmill for over a week ad he ate at a fancy restaurant for about 2 weeks.

>:{D I'm evil. I had 4 floors and elevators. I deleted the elevators and stranded the customers on the 4th floor. I looked at character and he checked in in 2001 . It is now 2005.

each person is saying the exact same review... i wonder if people who are waiting to write their review look on to the person on front of them and write the same exact thing...

I wish I read about zig zagging the elevators before I played. I beat the game with my hotel being about 70% elevators lol

this guy says the wait for the elevator was a bit disturbing. I'm pretty sure waiting for a week for one is a more than a bit disturbing

So, I watch a guy enter my hotel. He goes to his room, rides the elevator for a few days, walks into my arcade and destroys my machine, then has the nerve to go to my washing machine and break it also. He later rides elevator a few more days, packs his stuff and leaves. What a jerk.

My engineers are the dumbest, creepiest people ever. They're supposed to be fixing washing machines but instead they take the elevator and wait outside someone's room. o.o

YAY i got 5 stars... lol once u start building after that it remains impossible to get your reputation up, Otherwise an awesome game

If this was a real hotel it would be so confusing..
Oh, your at floor 49?
OKay first take the elevator beside us up to floor 4, then just beside where you get off you should see another that will take you up to floor 9. After that...
Customer complaints: I... I uh... I think you guys need more elevators..
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i grew tired of all of their elevator needs so i deleted all of them... now they're raging about waiting for the nonexistent elevator XD

"Hey Jimmy, wanna 5 star hotel?!" "...Er, yeah!" "Then fill the majority of the hotel with ELEVATORS! Trust me, it works."
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I like how as you get more stars you get access to more things. The problem is if you dont get these things guests start getting mad that you dont have them. It shouldn't be a requirement that you build them but a bonus.

This crazy obsession with elevators is driving me insane. My hotel is basically just one big elevator-building now, and yet they are complaining about getting more of them.

In regards to the elevator issues: building only plain elevators seems to work much better than the high capacity/staff elevators, or any combo of the three. Also, staggering shorter elevator shafts instead of building long ones helps. Another technique (used in real life skyscrapers) is building one that goes up 5 floors, one that goes up 10, one that goes up 15, etc.

got an idea make a hotel when you buy a room you can make have stuff inside so people can have fun and their has to be kids in it for extra fun

Great sim game, good calculations, even though everyone complains about the elevators, very realistic. Would be nice to be able to destroy and elevator without destroying the whole shaft, even if it cost money to start a new shaft on the above floor. Would also be nice to be able to fire staff without having to track them down and click on them. I hired too many engineers in the beginning and they were expensive. I noticed someone said upgrades, which I think is a good idea, but being able to assign more than one employee to improve efficiency would be great. Would be cool to be able to change wages and room price too. My 2 cents.
