The fact that the power of the shot has a variance of only 20 makes putting and sinking extremely difficult. Plus, actually getting the ball into the hole relies too much on the game's already unrealistic physics. There should be a sort of "vacuum" that pulls shots in.

@ imthebigbadwolf: thats bc you were +1 par, each +1 stroke adds 10s, and each -1 subtracts 10s, so if you hit an eagle it -20s

i keep losing my saved games and i have all my flash settings put properly how the heck is this prevented? they are only in your games and flipline studios games.

ok... what's up with it adding 10 seconds to my round each time I complete a hole? For example... I'll complete the first hole in 27 seconds... but then the round will say it's 37 seconds... ?

Needs some serious recaculating done on the putting aspec. I hit at the lowest possible point and it flies over the hole.

Nice and amusing game, would maybe have used a few more levels, but otherwise the gameplay is interesting and amusing.

Gotta unlock everything for the third time? Seriously, how come every single time you update this game our saved games disappear? We can't be forced to play this all over again, this game isn't that good.

if the time isn't looking good for you on a particular course you're playing, just quit to menu and resume the game, you get to start over from the course you're didn't finish

@TurboNuke Are you changing the swf file name? If you are, then it'll reset data because it is saved under X file name, so overwrite the previous file and it'll keep data.

If you want to work on the fast times hole by hole, you can always quit out before finishing a hole if you're not doing well. When you continue, you will start at the shop before that hole. You may want to work up some extra cash before attempting this, because any used power-ups will be gone, but your money won't reset to what it was before purchases the previous time.

I 'love' how the wind turns the whole speedrun into a gamble.
For example the fifth hole can be done with 2 shots in case of good starting wind, and 4-5 shots otherwise. 354.4 seconds. Frustrating.

Just when I was about to finish the second course in time for the hard badge, I've lost all progress in the game again. Third time it's happened, it really needs sorting out! Until then, 1 star'd.

So not only does playing a practice level waste powerups, give no money, but it also kills progress in the course? Not cool at all.

I've just finished a round wherein I had 4 strokes in a time of 35.90 and got 3 points (2nd place), the first place had 3 strokes but a time of 40.10, and third had 3 strokes but a time of 43.20. Where is the line with time and strokes? In my experience, it is willy-nilly throughout the game

Would love to give this game a 5/5 but with me restarting my progress 5 times now, it's not even close. 2/5 until this is fixed.

Save data deleted twice now. Two courses aren't worth this kind of trouble. I expect much better from usually good developers. 1/5 until I can actually keep progress and get somewhere.

Don't think of the NPCs as "cheaters" or "not cheaters". I can easily beat them most of the time if I swing fast and have good equipment or powerups. Think of them as 'pacers'. There'll always be one of them messing up all the time, and one of them that's pretty good on each hole.
