@kevc Your complaint about the hit rate is faulty. You have to remember your not just rolling your attack, the enemy is rolling for defense, block, and dodge as well.
As for the YUM stuff it's simply gathering ingredients to use in recipes. Also to me it makes since for the chances of making something to not always be 100%. Think about it, can you always 100% complete something the first time you do it? I don't think so, you only get better with practice. Which is something I like about this game.

By the way, I was totally just kidding. Even with a 59% hit rate, I still shouldn't miss 5 times in a row. A 50% chance, in average, should be a hit every other shot. My point is, most games are horrible when it comes to probabilities, and this game is among the worst ones. The only good games are when there are no chances involved(or if you actually manage to not screw it up, which I seldom see). You should always hit your enemy, the quests or crafting items or whatever ,should be a 100% success rate, as long as you fulfill the requirements. The difficulty should come from having the correct tactics to overcome enemies' defense or resistance , and obtaining the requirements to complete quests, not on luck.

btw, I can't tell what use are those 'YUM' food on the ground supposed to do. It neither replenishes my HP nor restores my MP.

I have rage-quitted several games, and almost all for the same reason: probability. Whether it is the chances of hitting an enemy, % of success rate of a quest, a common trait among games is that the chances of failure is much higher than expected. When you fail something at over 90% success rate, you get pissed. When it happens twice in a row, it is almost enough for me to rage-quit. However, with this game, I have found a way to avoid this: I always use heavy attack. If I miss several times with a 59% hit rate, I won't get mad af, but if i do with a 95% one, I most certainly will!

the defense games are *(&)(* retarded, why can't you turn around? wtf do you do when your idiot misses 5 times in a row?

@Gonkeymonkey i think the 'I'm Hungry' is inspiring in a way because really, how do you fight on a empty stomach? do they plan to eat their victims? XD

Why are you not making a fourth one? I want a fourth one. If you are making a fourth one, it better be really good for taking this long.

some furniture should give boosts to crafting chance, otherwise it's kinda useless. Decorating your home is... fun... and all that, but COME ON! It's literally called a stove! and an ALCHEMY TABLE!!!

I seem to have found a bug. If you select a female character all your enemies will be female too, whether they have beards or not. At least that is what happened to me.

@1535491 Better handled than most games with fights you're meant to lose. They normally don't have a script to tell the game what to do if you win an unwinnable fight (Such as the first fight against Bowser in Paper Mario or Tera vs Humbaba in FF6) thus if you win the game will either freeze due to no script telling it what to do or even crash. There are some games, however, that use the lose script for victory as well so even if you manage to win the unbeatable fight the game continues as if you lost (and preventing a crash)

Sorry bennett2345, but whether through luck or hacking, everytime you reduce the FakâOugh Demon's health to zero, it simply resets to full.
