The best way to win a match is to get a weak creature ready to summon, wait for the enemy to summon and finally summon at the last possible second. you can also use this tactic to build up resources for powerful summons.

is it just me or is the 3rd battle against elder gronash far too difficult considering he apparently has an army of beholders at the ready should he ever need them..... and also about the game 4/5 it lost a star for the; as brian james put it extremely cluttered UI this game is obviously too olds for as major an update as this requires but if it was fixed itd be an easy 6/5 :) good game as usual undefined

wtf this game cant be fun it doesnt have a system like energy so that you have to wait or pay money thats the only way card games are fun

It's a very fun game. Although, I agree that it is too gold based. It wish there were more ways to get cards. Simply getting random cards is kind of hard to make a deck with. Maybe you can add achievements that reward you cards. Or a daily spin-the-wheel type of thing.

It would be nice if cards of the same type simply stacked when your building decks. That would make it a lot easier to see all of what you have, especially since they sort buttons don't seem to sort them very well.

save up for the legendary cards they are worth it one of them gives you +8 gold every second (compared to the gold mines 2 per second)

i really like this game. just a few things id like to say about it. some of these points have already been said but oh well.
Not Enough levels, just when your starting to get a killer deck you have beaten the game
to much focus on gold.
card sorting is to difficult and all cards of one type dont go near each other. makes it hard to see how many bandit scouts you have etc
card tearing its so slow, when you have to tear a bunch of cards, it gives you a bit of headache.
whenever you buy new cards or edit anything it takes you back to the main screen and you have to go back into it. would be nice to just return to the previous screen.
a PvP mode would also be really good. would make need for more levels far less important and would make the game far more interesting

10 clicks later, still reading the tutorial and not playing...
Other card games put you in the action right in the beginning and explain how to edit your deck and so on after your first (sometimes second or third) battle. You should do the same here.

Man, love this game! Such a unique style of play. Kongregate should have more games like this, not the wait to play, or pay junk that's everywhere these days.
