I wish I could build a game this good with Unity.. I've been tryna use the program lately but damn is it hard to know what I'm doing when I have zero programming experience D:

concept wise this game is 4/5 stars. however, certain lacking elements made it very frustrating to enjoy. one element such necessary element is a save point for each level. also the 2-D figure's jumps are sometimes "impossible" (without losing several lives - he barely makes it on certain platforms and to keep him on takes 2+ adjustment moves) hopefully this makes sense. I stopped at level 6 because the frustration just wasn't worth it.

@DragonX105: If you run out of guesses you should be able to continue from the same level (but with your score reset to zero) by pressing R.

I'm really sorry about the crashes that some people have experienced when collecting stars. I've uploaded a new version of the game that uses a workaround Unity's QA folks provided to me. Please leave a comment if you are still experiencing crashes.

Dammit.. I was on level 13, had 83,000 score, was excited about being top dog on the scoreboard. I went to pick up a bonus star.. unity crashes and firefox closes. Sucks.

@frondome: there's a really basic level editor hidden in the game. Try hitting E from the main menu. (Note: High scores will be disabled once you've edited the game.) If people are interested, I might expand this feature, enable sharing of custom levels, etc.

Great game. My only problem is when sometimes blocks land on top of a block you need to select, or when you have to do something stupid to gain access to a block. Pretty fun, though.

I don't know if it's the Unity3D or something in the programming, but the game is very glitchy. Sometimes it's fine, but others, it pauses, jumps, and freezes altogether. Iron out the kinks and I think you've got a fantastic concept for a game.

This Kongregate game requires the Unity3D 3.1 (or higher) plugin. It is free, and takes only a few minutes to install.

The extra guess for getting one write makes it ridiculously easy.... you almost can't fail for some of the longer ones.

@orange not to say much.. but since when do games not fall under the "program" category, and since when do games not require coding? C++ can be used to make games just as well as other languages

Really... Comparing two unlike things. Great concept, if it would work. C++ is a language for coding programs and many other stuff. I have never seen a game made with C++. Must have been a shitty game at best.

@Naru Naruseqawa have you ever used unity... i don't really understand your comment "C++ is better" because unity is not a language, you cant compare two things that aren't the same. Also C++ is definitely not an easy language in comparison to others - i do agree its a very efficient one but its not easy.
