very interesting but... I dont understand the concept that when you put the blocks accurately...it will still tilt or either fall which makes it frustrating

As a veteran of tetris i fond myself hitting 45 on my first try but....well lets just say i mor or less just threw the pice of the screen ^^

Heh. In reply to Real_Awesum's advice, take a look at my demo screenshot at this link: http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=z68m8mdss1vb7bu&thumb=4 It's a poor example of how the impossible badge is meant to be gotten, as I didn't care enough to order the bricks properly or anchor the side L bricks before adding more, making the tower tilt a bit, but nonetheless, shows the much easier way to get the impossible badge. Wider base = less height = less sway = much easier. Notice the tower is only at 150 height, and 60 blocks (I discarded two while taking the screenshot), and the tower's sides aren't filled yet. But once they are, there would be around 50 blocks left, and really, double that, and 300 height of 99 bricks really isn't so hard to get, with the right placements. That's how I got this impossible badge more than a year ago. Gotta think outside the box, people. Enjoy!

Pieces also have a tendency to count as placed if they so much as nick one of the swaying blocks on their way down. Which is a total pain in the ass because the physics are so sensitive that sometimes you can't even tell if a block is swaying or not. Did Gitmo pay you to make this game?

This game would be cool if you hadn't made the physics so God damn sensitive. It's really disheartening when your tower starts to lean, sag and ultimately fall over even though there were absolutely no inconsistencies to indicate that it should. It honestly gives me the impression that this game was never beta tested.

Guys, the physics are fine, even if you were to just build a tower of sqaure blocks, every time a block land on another block, it presses those blocks down, causing movement, therefor the tower will start to sway. Don't go giving this a bad rating/comment just becuse you don't understand physics...

My advice for the Impossible Badge? Try to interlock the bricks in any and all ways from the base up… Try to make the tower as wide as possible at the start, since you will slowly lose width as you go higher… Don't hold down when you place bricks, it'll just create force on the top, and make it topple faster than just letting it fall slowly into place… If a brick starts to fall over, hold down and place as many bricks as possible… I'm certain that as long as all 99 bricks are on the screen, you can still get the impossible badge, since all 99 bricks will be on the screen… Also, place bricks proportionally: if you place one brick on the left side, place the next brick on the right side… Nothing's worse than placing a lot of bricks on one side, and then trying to slide a piece into a VERY small slot, only to have the tower leaning into the other side and closing it off, toppling your block into your own doom— but hey, what do I know? :D 5/5

Numer 7285... I got the impossible badge! I was so in the zone that I didn't even realise untill I had put down the last block. But still have the hard badge to go...

I suppose the "wind" is caused so that when a block hits the tower, it sends a shockwave pulsing through the layers of blocks, always slightly altering balance. Thus, the tower starts to wobble.

You know, this game really isnt that Bad. Its fun, Very Strategical and hard. To get the Hard badge, I built my tower up to about 200 with all the blocks. After the Height reached 200, I swapped all of the bricks until i would get a Purple Straight one. You have to be fast though because your tower doesnt stand much longer after you get it to about 450. Hope this tip helps! I am Currently working on the Impossible Badge myself

As noted before, i agree with the fact that the physics are horrible. This game is really annoying. As i place 1 brick on top, it splits right in half and i lose. The easiest way to get the hard badge is to do really well for the first 400 height, then just stack them one on top of the other until you reach 600. For impossible, good luck.

Impossible badge should actually be easier that the hard badge if you build 8-block wide towers.
8 blocks per layer and 4 blocks per brick = 2 bricks per layer. Each layer is 10 points tall.
10 * 99 / 2 = 495
This means if you spend all 99 bricks to build 8-block wide tower, height will be about 495.
