On High Scores - I think "Score Total" should be the sum of your highest daily scores, not the total of every game that you have ever played. Or add another stat - "Average High Score", or something. Just a thought.

There should be some way to increase max. depletion of city. 32 is really small number.. I am going to win a level in survival and I just cannot deplete enough energy

Idea just for show survival mode should activate wen the totems are activated so it looks like u have a reason for running.

I still don't get the idea of survival mode automatically being turned on :/
The general idea of survival mode was great, other then it goes from producing 2-20 and jumps to 100. I simply think that to finish a level should be separated from survival mode.

There need to be acheivements. Some ideas:
"Escape" Easy-5 points: complete a mission
"Packet Collection Agency" Medium-15 points: build 500 packets
"I Will Survive" Hard-30 points: survive 2 hours (120 minutes)

the only thing thats missing from this series is the ability to transfer ammo packets from one implacment to another. You know when you push back the creeper and some implacments are full and arnt fireing then you start to run low on energy as you'r expanding the base. somtimes it would be awsome if you didnt have to manufacture all your ammo just reallocate it.

@rwpikul: Screw anybody that says I suck because I don't build twenty Blasters and frickin' inch them toward the Creeper constantly, or fill the map to the brim with Collectors and Reactors. I carefully align everything to a square grid, so I don't achieve maximum collection, and don't build more than six of each type of weapon. I wouldn't suggest that strategy to people, but it worked for me, at least before this shit happened.

@Foxboxx If there's something wrong with your internet connection then it will not be able to find a date and default to October 2010 - it does not use your computer time so people can't change their computer clock to access new levels.

How come I can only occasionally get missions from October 2010 to load up? It will say "Dreaming..." for a while, then they'll appear. It will let me play only one of them before loading the November missions.

I just finished today's level in 'survival' mode; contained and then advanced on the creeper tsunami, evacuated the city and everything. Couldn't cap the emitters though. It took a solid line of mortars, and the island was carpeted with reactors. Energy collection was balanced at 33.3. Mwahahaha!

I agree with rwpikul. I've never come even close to the 60 min mark, and most of my games end around 30 mins. That's while overwhelming every creeper node as well, just for kicks. If you constantly lose to the 60 min survival trigger, then you just honestly suck.

If you are taking over an hour to clear a map, the problem is that you suck. I _am_ a steady and diligent player, and going over 30min is rare. The only way I could see a map taking over an hour is if you are trying to drain all the creeper by blasting away at the leading edge and never advancing.

After sixty minute, it condemns me to failure? WHY must the steady and diligent players be punished? I don't do that speed-run crap.

Deficit is how well loaded the ammo is into your weapons and what the life points of building that are fully built are at. So if you are firing all your weapons and you are not able to reload them fast enough you will end up with a deficit. You should be able to get the output to 33 if you spec your upgrades correctly but that is the highest I have seen so far. I generally only build enough reactors to make about 34 energy and then I dont bother with storage as you are generating more then the max output. You can disable or disarm weapons also if you are getting to large of a deficit to the point that you are losing buildings.

i thought i knew what deficit was but i have 40 energy gain 109/120 stored up and using 32 energy so.....what is deficit?

my suggestions: an archive of previous levels, a map maker, and maybe a favorites system to find favorite maps quicker.

So far these levels are boring, just plod forward slowly accumulating energy until you rule the map. Bring back the spore attacks, those were fun. plus if you agree
