You can build 4 collectors for the price of 2 relays. The big difference is that relays generate no energy to increase Odin City output. The collectors add to the total output so times are usually faster with collectors.

Ah right, thanks chilese! I thought that going the long way round with collectors would take longer than island-hopping with relays. One lives and learns.

Well I'm stuck at 1:33 people. Well done RealOldman. Being in hawk45 territory is a cause for celebration (unless you're hawk45, then it's just another day on top of the mountain).

6/3 - 1:35 using 2 relays to reach northeast totem, 2 collectors to reach S totem and floating OC to connect to N totem. Where do you put your "1 floating SAM" guys?

hawk45: Well, thanks for letting RealOldman and me play with the lead for a while. That is your usually astounding 2-4 seconds better than my best on a short puzzle.

i take my time finishing missions (using double speed liberally and setting blasters on nodes), and now i look back and so many of my missions are finished in EXACTLY 60:00. i have no idea how this happened

@ DarkdaBeaverPG: You can click on the green node of "Odin City" to turn it off. That way you can connect all 3 totems, but still keep playing. The game is designed to always win if you go to Survival mode (by choice or time). As your energy manufacturing caps at 32, but the creeper output continues to grow, the best you can hope for is a survival time better than anyone else. Even those who play to connect all 3 totems quickly and leave, are letting the creeper take over the map after we leave. So in one way, the creeper always wins every map, either while we are playing or after we leave.

i have every thing under control after many and many minutes of raging and i don't want it to end so i dont get the last thing, survival mode pops on the screen, 24 blasters get destoyed 12 drones make there stand but the tidal wave of creeper demolish everything and the wave was almost to big to stop but it was too late and all i could thing at the end was fudge you survival mode fudge you

5/30 - 8:08 While I am one of the better players on the short puzzles, my times on these longer puzzles are far off from the big boys. When someone finishes today's puzzle in under 6 minutes, would you please post some strategies you employ? Thanks. (Still learning after all this time.)
