8/26 - 1:23 I found that holding my breath near the end helped a little bit. However, it was not enough to get down to carusoo's 1:22.

@ DonPerplejo: I applaud your ability to post times in the rapidly becoming standard form of date - time. And I also applaud your times as becoming closer to believable. HOWEVER, you have NO credibility. Until you post a screen capture showing your setup and/or time, no one here will believe you. Of course, if your goal is just to be annoying, you are indeed the mosquito at the picnic.

I wonder what times Perplejo would have if we didn't comment our times on certain maps. I suspect he won't post a time earlier, since he has no example to lie about. :)

8/25 - 1:29 after many attempts. Slightly different setup than hawk 45 used. @hawk45: I'd appreciate your time on 8/22 if you haven't tried it yet.

@carusoo: I found 8/22 to be one of the more elegant "short" games. There were several subtle tricks to knock a second off here and there. I'll miss that one when it leaves.

8/24 - 1:46 Collectors and 1 SAM. The Creeper comes in just a little too fast to do the level without the SAM, at least for me.

To make it more challenging, I usually impose the following restrictions. (1) No reactors or drones. (2) No moving Odin City.

8/22 - 2:04 That's the best I could do. 6 Collectors and 1 Blaster. If I could get the moving Odin City to keep the Blaster charged, a sub-2 minute would be possible. Looking forward to seeing the times of others.

I beat 8/19 without moving Odin City after your reply chilese. After beating it with moving the city, it was easier to see how to do it without. I never play for the fastest time personally. I always like to cap all the emitters before finishing the level, but setting up my initial line of defense in the beginning is the fun part for me.

felipe970421: While today was extremely easy, one can still set goals beyond merely finishing the level. There are many of us who strive for the fastest final time. For today, hawk45 had a 1:23 time. My best time was 1:25. One can also play to cap all 5 emitters before finishing the level or to play without moving Odin City. Part of the beauty of this game is that it can be played in many different ways. If you would like a challenge, play Aug 19 without moving Odin City. Good luck.
