Honestly, with games like this from private (dare I say amateur?), professional developers are going to need to step up there game. I honestly enjoy the creeper games more than most games on mainstream systems. While "real" games look better and have much more to them, the core gameplay of most of them simply doesn't add up to the gameplay of this series. Well done!

29 active, build, hooked-up-to-Odin-city makes packets fly like bullets. try it. also, Odin was king of the Norse gods.

3 tips to those with problems:
1. remember u can move guns.
2. remember that you don't have to go collector chaining, u can put something else (like a gun or a reactor) in the middle and have the link still.
3. high ground is always safer then low ground.

@majorSargent collectors dont stack. After you place one the ground will turn green and if another collector gets put on it it wont get any more energy from the ground that is green. To get more energy build reactors they can be stacked next to each other and will generate energy even if they are on green ground.

Oh my god. I was just browsing the internet, then I saw Creeper World in the top games list, and I literally jumped up out of my seat. I love this game!

absolutely love the game, may even get the desktop version ^^ though i tried completing level 12 twice for achievement...never got it though so now waiting on kongregate staff to listen to mymissing achievement claim... 5/5 for the game though ^^

Great level pack for this game. I beat the 12 levels in one seating, I didn't find any of them to be hard. The SAM idea is very nice. If anyone is having problems - just rush in survivors/nearby upgrades, then build a blaster or a mortar to defend your base while you pile up reactors. You can win every level with 3-4 mortars and a blaster for every creep spot to seal it, but it's easier if you go berserk with 10 of each :)

I investigated energy production and found out a reactor produces 0.3 - but a full area collector only about 0.18 for 1/4 of build-time. STRATEGY: Expand with collectors until you got enough for 1 building + reactor (~1.5 + 0.5 per mortar!). Then just focus on reactors, relays and offense for best score.

@kamisan It's an option in the map editor to disable movement of the city - but most maps will allow you to move the city.
@wraith1212 just build a line of collectors straight over to the survivor, and don't build any extra collectors unless you can do so without a deficit. (incidentally, this map is actually the easier version of this map - if you have the full version of creeper world you should try playing the original version)

The multitask map has a huge flaw in it. If you misclick and lift Odin city, you cannot land it back at the center of the map. This means you can only ever connect 2 corners back to Odin at the same time, and you are forced to restart the map.

OldFern the storage increases the max amount of energy your allowed to have in reserves, drones are you click on the drone then click where you want it to bomb and it bombs the area, sams only protect against spores, reactors add .2-4 to your total energy collection but are reserves, ment to be placed alongside collectors, a normal collector in a decent location increases your energy level by .1

Just as fun as the first. Here's a simple strategy to beat most levels hope it helps :). Try walling yourself off with mortars and just bulding Reactors, don't forget double speed while you wait. Once you have 10+ power start moving out with blasters and drones. And a specfic tip for "The Settlers" map the most dangerus node is the bottom right one, so heres a screenshot on how to cap it. " http://i.imgur.com/c6y7A.jpg ". The first turrent will hold off the creep till you get enough energy to build a second and cap it. Rest of the level is mostly an attrition war so take your time and hold the creep off. Have fun :).

tons of fun... my proudest accomplishment so far was managing to get a turret to cover every creeper spawner on blast from the past. Had to constantly bombard with drones to take the lower-left side one. Loads of fun, great game, now I need the 3 hours you stole from me back please. 5/5

What if, in reality, we are the bad guys? The creepers just want to live in peace but we just go from world to world destroying them systematically.

I absolutely love CW and actually bought the first game out of loyalty - thanks for providing us with more game! My only slight nitpick is that, per design, the difficulty on each map decreases pretty quickly. The first few moves and minutes are tense, but once you have a certain area clear / brought in place a mortar, your cooling power cannot fall behind the creeper's heat generation any more, and it is just a matter of mopping up. Admittedly, sometime with the challenge of how to achieve it in a quick fashion, but bar a disastrous mistake you usually pretty quickly get to the pont where you cannot lose anymore.
It has not dulled my apprciation of the game, but on occasion I think it is a slight flaw in the difficulty design - the more awesome your network, the less you actually need it.

Is it just me or is it strange how in the game it keeps mentioning how you need to escape the planet when usually to do that you need to get the creeper almost completely under control just to leave and let the creeper take over the planet.
