For those trying for the Badge of the Day, I have two words - "Survival Mode".' All kills there count, although they take a minute to load, and there isn't as much lag, so you can actually get the badge.

I don't know why Kongregate want to set badges in this game.It is extremely laggy.I can't use everything except space at the last level.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
total crap. laggy to the death, even when given unlimited memory. how does this become badge of the day? i'll skip this one...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This game is too laggy even on low quality with storage at max. For a top down, simple ai shooter, with poor graphics, this was terrible. thanks for making this a badge of the day, Kongregate.

Werewolves turn into rock piles when they die, unlike giant animated rock monsters. The ice area boss attacks with fireballs. Ice monsters won't freeze you, yet Snake Archers will.
There's no way to test this, but I'm sure "poision" arrows are actually coated with cotton candy.

Wow. These controls are terrible. I was just shooting and suddenly it went off the screen for some reason, I couldn't aim, and when I tried to shoot it changed to a new page.
These controls suck.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Controls are wonky, if not outright buggy. Too much lag even with the folder set to store an unlimited amount of data. Weird game that the player doesn't get the basics of very quickly (such as buying and selling) and with no way to replay previous levels. Kind of a neat concept, but badly executed.

No, this game was not worth the wait. This was a lousy overhead shooter that, in spite of its insultingly simple graphics, took a horrendous amount of time to load and crashed before it even made it to Level 3.

to david and andy, just not be unpatient and wait, when u save for the first time it will crush, just need to wait and will set to normal, after that next save will be easyer

This game incorporates some of my least favorite mechanics, especially the way the store works. There shouldn't be that much of an increase in the price of health potions UNLESS they're better health potions, and lower (and cheaper) upgrades should still be available in case you don't have the funds needed for the new version, but still need just a bit of an upgrade.

When the dev has to "promise" upfront that their game is worth waiting for the loading bar to finish, you know you're only here for the badge of the day.

This game is overwhelming, the instructions were rather poor, the music isn't really fitting at all. I don't like the concept of having to upgrade each weapon, then have all it wasted when you get the next bow. It should be made clearer in the game that potions get more expensive as you move on. I got my 200 kills, I'm out. 2/5.

Good game, but could use some refining. The UI sucks, and what's with the stage-based store? I'd like to buy older weapons and things later in the game if I want.
I also encountered some problems with movement sticking.
Fun though.

I like how the game got easier towards the end.. "Bet you had a hard time with those exploding rock guys and mages that threw 3 fireballs in a spread, huh? Now you just fight non-exploding enemies that only fire one projectile half as fast, and don't have a melee attack! Hah You're in for it now!"

the achievements got stucked on other objective page o.O
#tip re-load the saved game if you want to try again with achievements *iykwim XP

Nice game, but it suffers from the same problem as its predecessor: game-breaking lag. It's playable when not using the composite bow, though. Good story, graphics, and gameplay, minus the lag and the price of the potions going through the roof and some more minor issues. 4/5.

Wow, the compound bow KILLS this game. I was doing HORRID, and I thought it was just the annoying little creatures near the end that turn into stone blocks, but it was the compound bow. I got a crossbow+ drop and switched to it, and, magically, I'm doing great again. And, yes, this was lowest quality setting. -_-

After many rage-quits I have finally completed this game. I cannot recommend Eddi_ed 's strategy highly enough, it is invaluable when it comes to completing this game. To start with it may seem a bit off, but seriously, once you can afford that final bow his strategy makes complete sense. Also, don't give up if you run out of continues. I used to think it meant that's it forever and you're properly dead, but it isn't -- you can still load a save, and you get three continues for that level repeatedly. With this in mind, be much more tactile in how you use your potions! Best of luck!

TIP. I like Eddi_ed's strategy. To go more hardcore with it lol. Use the first boss stage to your advantage. Shoot only the enemies and if you can avoid damage long enough the boss gets stuck on the rocks all over the place and you can just pwn loads of enemies for gold while the pots still cost only 50 gold each :) + to share

The game is still buggy. Flash plug-in crashes when I save. The save is done, but the game crashes. I'm running Chrome

After messing up another character and reading comments I decided to re-make. I then spent 3 hours farming gold, experience, and anything else offered to get me through the game. After killing boss on lvl 15 as well as all side enemies and game doesn't advance. I'm just stuck on the screen as if the boss was still here with no advancement. I traveled all edges of the map 3x shooting arrows anywhere in case a unit was stuck off screen to no avail. Thanks for hours of wasted time with nothing to show for it. You really out did yourself on this sequel. ***If you want to risk hours of game play just for your character/game to break--then play this game. User risk.***

"Sticky" keyboard controls are not acceptable. My character kept walking directly into danger despite my efforts to have him stand still.
