Knights are the trickiest foes on the good path. A leveled-up PWNy stampede is the easiest way to stop them. (At low levels, the PWNies are too likely to miss the knight; they'll hit the rest of the foes, though, and once the knight is alone, the dodge-and-toss method is simple enough.)

Villager:"Look, a super here to save the day!!!!"
Super hero: "Yes fellow villagers, im here to save yo-BANG."
The superheros under a anvil, his leg sticking out twitching.

think its hilarious when the super hero comes out and I cage him while he's flexing his muscles. He looks so tough, yet doesn't stand a chance, he will make a good slave!

This game is a disappointment of extreme proportions. First of all, the drag concept was executed horrendously. Secondly, I have gotten all kinds of bugs, from people running in place, to parts of their bodies randomly teleporting all over the screen, to flash just outright crashing near level completion. This didn't happen to me the last time I played back in 2009, but this is just disgusting.

@Londeyr I don't find the issues nearly as bad, and I think you are exaggerating. You should lower your expectations, as the game is made in 2008.

Continued:
- Stealing ninjas are a a low-threat level, but they are quite durable and if they manage to steal even 1 coin, they escape (and due to their stealth mode - it's hard to catch them). This is why if they start stealing just give them some cocaine overdose!
- Unicorn rampage can be fun to watch, but once they get to the right place, all the villagers who you called them for will be gone.
- Some of the last few levels are game over when 2-3 villagers escape. That's when pitfalls become useful.
- My mines are full of workers after now! Even if I won't include all the knights I released for a ransom ;) And 30% or so workers are super efficient!

I just beat the game (ON A TOUCHPAD FTW!), with the "good" allegiance (because trampling people with unicorns and euthanasing them is so much better then crushing XD), and here are my comments:
- I cannot stress this enough: USE KEYBOARD SHORT-CUTS! The magic space+mouse looks awesome, but takes enough time on higher levels, for half a hut to escape!
- Forget about superheroes, it's the non-stealing ninjas which are evil. They give you approximately 1 second to catch on some maps and often come in waves. When I see one of those Japs, I just take out my trusty needle, as catching them takes too much time.
- When enough adversaries will be on the screen, no more will come out. It is thus advisable to keep about 5 superheroes at the same time (they all just hug each other anyway) so the next waves will come slowly.
- About knights, just lure them to the back of the screen, swing your cursor (erm... yourself that is) quickly close to them and trap them in one cage!

I just CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE! The controls! The sensitivity! The useless powers! AHHHHHHHHH!!!! No seriously, wanna throw around villagers? Go play Black & White; steer very far away from this one.

I'm with Lektio. Antagonist is the way to go. I had a much easier time with the knight with the glove. Some of the later levels has knights pouring out and I can just ignore them and squeeze the runners. Dropping anvils on huts is also fun. The anvil stays for a few seconds so you can pick it up and drop it again.

This game is so damn frustrating, with those Jumping Black and White men and the stupid Swords chopping your finger off. This sucks.

@Lekito I canno agree about the knight. The fastest way to finish him off is to wait until he swings his sword and then to cage him. Its also roleplaying this way, as defeated noble opponents were often taken into captivity and held there until their families paid a ransom.

@Lektio Wrong, the freeze time spell allows you to do much more I've frozen time and tossed EVERY villager on the screen up simply because I was overwhelmed.

The game is far easier with the antagonist spells than the pacifist spells for one, very important reason: the antagonist set has a counter for the knight, and the pacifist set does not. (It's the power glove - while the power glove is equipped, the knight cannot hurt you.)
Of lesser note is the fact that the freeze time spell does nothing more than allow you to collect coins (you can't interact with anything else while time is frozen), whereas great barrier, freeze time's counterpart, actively prevents escapes and can even slay those attempting to escape.
