YEAH! This is awesome, even after beating some Touhou games on Normal/Hard, the bosses are really challenging to defeat without dying once;)
And I REALLY love the upgrade system!

at the beggining you start a level you have a pause right? that pause has the button Restart Level there.whats the point about making it if you are just starting without doing anything???????

Havent enjoyed a scrolling shooter/bullet hell/space plane game this much in quite a while! Loved the music; the boss fight music sounds like a remixed version of the fight music for Super Smash Bro's for Wii! :)
That said, a few other options would have been nice; ship model choices (fast/light, slow/heavy)comes easily to mind. Still, 5/5!

Wow, using cheat mode to add 5 upgrades to everything after using 12 other normal upgrades, and the final boss still knocks 5 lives out of me.

Like it says, epic boss battles. Normally in games like this, the levels are good but the bosses completely lack creativity and variety. Not so in this game. The bosses are the reward for playing through the mediocre levels. Very well done. The final boss was fantastic. If there had been more depth to this game, such as more upgrades, levels, modes, ships, etc., this game could really be something else. For what it's worth, this was a very fun 10 minutes.

After paying full attention to this game, the in game level music, sounds like something mixed between pokemon platinum, and something you'd find in street fighter. Then the boss music, sounds like something dethklok would come up with!

This is definitely one of the harder "bullet hell" games I've played. Good graphics, good music (the boss music is cool, and the mission music is very similar to the Starfox soundtrack). This also has a lot of potential for badges. Kongregate, badge this one up!

I really prefer Pixelvader... Here, there are more graphics... OK, but I prefer Pixelvader's upgrades etc... But it's a good game too. I'd say... 3/5

beating the boss level 9 would help. requires 12 points. dumb missiles lvl 6 and hlth lvl 3. hyper sot or missile barrage lvl 3.

I don't like how the enemy shots are bigger than they need to be, I don't know the actual distance until I get hit....

if you like this try frantic 2 (not frantic 1) but only do on frantic mode. easy-insane is like easy-hard on guitar hero 3

This is the best shooter game I have found to play for free yet. I want more games like this. Last boss is super fun!
