I soooo wish for a sequel. Maybe add custom missions and such to do. This game is awesome in it's current state and has lots of potential to become 1 of the greatest games there are.

Why do I not get the advantage of having a shower of random creatures when I take over the enemy bases that have that home advantage?

How to defeat an army of samurai and snipers: Buy 80% knights and 20% defenders. Right after the beginning of the battle, use the Stunning Strategy and move your knights in rank (By dragging the Knight button at the bottom) to where the snipers are. The samurai will then focus on your defenders will your knights slay the snipers. Once the snipers are dead, reformulate your knights and drag them in lines, avoiding the reach of the samurai but still keeping them close enough to deal damage. Remember that a knight has a longer range than a samurai. This will eventually kill them.

protip: the alien things will attack nagasaki, ishikawa, and hokkaido. i suggest filling those 3 up with giants and a few medics, giants will pwn the alein things, even the boss.

It's really annoying how weak unidentified organisms raining from the sky keep you from having killed every enemy and can therefore course your timer to run out.

I tried an experiment - I chose Kanagawa, and then repeatedly clicked 'next turn' without doing anything. To my surprise, the naturally generating ninjas defended my territory without a strategy being used or any action whatsoever on my part. I survived for over thirty turns before Hokkaido's empire finally managed to kill the last ninja after three failed attacks. AI too easy?

Love this game. Beat it 2-3 times, but needs at least one badge. Perhaps a easy badge for conquering your first territory and a medium badge for beating the game?

day 92, all of japan is conquered save nagasaki. to rub it in his face, i wait as green giants rise up all across japan. day 467. nagasaki is conquered...aliens pop up...good thing i have my trophy army of green giants

just with the cursor was a little bit more precise looking and the map scroll out side of minimap other then that absolutely fantastic game

great game 5/5 just needs to be able to sell units, change the building type and have relations with the other prefectures

ok after much trial and error i tried hokkaido and im actually getting somewhere :D. Its only got enemies on one side so you can move out in one direction and you get more money :P

Wait, Japan has knights, gladiators, snipers, undead, and spells based on Roman gods!?! Well this is a game about balls with eyes leading a conquest so I'll let it slide.
