Bionic eye functions: Otto’s eyes(Emerald green in color, if it matters) have 3 functions, The first function is the normal and natural eyes, he can use this to zoom in and scan his adversaries in order to store data on the target to his positronic brain, while another mode is night vision, allowing him to see within the darkness, the third being infrared technology, allowing him to see the heat signatures of his enemies.

Endoskeleton: The endoskeleton consists of a odd metallic (And classified) Material invented by Sven Aerios and Helvian Ulqiorian Dile, The density of this material able to take the force of a cannon ball slamming into it at hypersonic speeds and not even taking a crack.

Gloves: Otto’s gloves would appear to have been a complete black in color, the finger sockets being magisteel while the center palm was a type of material invented by Helvian to store energies and save them for later in his databanks in order to use them for later.
