there was reward screen for level 100, 200, house level 5... event started and now i cant find it

is there a way to get gold coins without using kreds?

please add bomb to the instructions...in game and in controls/instructions section i got thru 9 levels and then had to restart the game to learn what the key was (space) as its not mentioned anywhere exept in the intro for the first level
