The reason the Mindreader's Chalice challenge is still up is because the item is an extremely basic card that has value on almost any character and rewords skill/thought more than probably any other item. It's a basic item that everyone should have and thus it makes sense to give it away to everyone.

@ Jappert: Actually, you have no idea what you're talking about. Neither Phoebe or Tafari are considered to be among the worst characters in the game. Tafari is actually among the better characters in the game. As for Phoebe her main problem in the correct meta is that she isn't Anex but regardless she's probably in the mid range or upper mid range of characters. More than that Rapid Lash can ruin the Vampire heavy decks common in this meta. Also in case you were wondering the worst characters in the game are generally considered to be Ashi and Andromeda, with some adding Helene. Chances are if you think Phoebe or Tafari is bad then you have the wrong items.
