I think I encountered a bug? I researched Weaponry Advancement I but I can't unblock or buy the thing in the School that lets me go to Tier 2 turrets. I have plenty of the required resources *I think*.

The time measurement is broken. It says I beat the game in 3 minutes, which is obviously wrong. Perhaps the timer starts when I loaded the save-game?
