what do you need to know about me… well i really am a chef i have been since 1986 and i love food. most people just eat because they have to i eat because it is a joy. food brings us together in the most primal way. it binds us it allows us to share our joys as well as our sorrows we share our hopes and dreams over a good meal and we tell each other that we love each other when we feed those closest to us… this is what i believe and what i cherish wheni feed those near me… thank you for reading this far and god bless us all
