Ive done everything but still have only 96 out of 99 stars and still didnt encountered the last enemy . Some advice ?

Last enemy is game's developer. Better don't try to find him :) And if serious, I removed him from game right before the release, but forgot to remove from the guidebook. By the way you can check the achievements screen and find out which achievements are still not done.
