yep, the challenges are just random, and it comes down to the cards, LUCK is a too high factor in this game

GOOD TIP: when you have enough money to buy a new building, click on the building you want to buy. BEFORE placing the building, update another building. you can still place the building then. Okay, you go in the red, but you'll win it back quickly cuz you have a new AND a better shop :)
