How do I revive?

Since this is Christmas the map Santa House should be available to everyone as a present to play for the christmas

RGS only works on guns but they do little to improve the game the guns are good but they don't improve the game which is BS so far this is the most broken game i have ever seen and I could spend hours and hours commenting about the good things and bad things about this game.

At the end of a co-op game the results table has a "revives" section and the game instructions doesn't have a revive button how do i revive?

On the mini-map you should put red dots to show the ghost's position to evade them

I wish when you level up, the higher the level, the more coins and honor points you get and please, what will I do with 15 coins if I spend it out for example,I level up with more coins so i could buy more armor,guns etc.
