Customer Support Lead

We are looking for Customer Support Lead to assist the Customer Support Director in the day to day operation of Customer Support for our mobile and web games, including Swipe Heroes, Spellstone, and an unannounced title. Customer Support Representatives respond to technical, billing, and general product questions via our Customer Support Ticketing system, by writing individual responses and directing customers to useful knowledgebase articles in our self-help portal. In addition, they may be required to monitor chat and in-game messages and take appropriate disciplinary action as necessary.

2D Game Artist

Working with close supervision, the 2D Game Artist will work primarily with game producers and business partners on the execution of creating art for Kongregate game titles. Associates in the role will handle end-to-end art requirements for a game, from sketching out concepts and storyboards, developing art styles, to building game assets. This person can adapt to different styles for different game titles. During off game art cycles, this position will also be working on other disciplines, including illustrating artwork for creative ads we use for user acquisition and marketing for our mobile games.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:
Work with game producers and other team members to draw and illustrate art for Kongregate's game titles
Work with the game team to define and develop an artistic style for the game
Create concept art and storyboards which help communicate the proposed visual elements during pre-production
Create concept art, characters, backgrounds, and elements for UI for working titles
Support Marketing and other production work with original art and visual design, including Game Icons, Screenshots for App Stores, marketing and promotional material
Help create game trailers for the App Store and Marketing if needed

Mobile Platform Relations Manager

The Mobile Platform Relations Manager is responsible for daily/weekly communications with Mobile platform partners that essential to Kongregate's mobile publishing program. This role will work closely and collaboratively with the mobile publishing team in order to maintain productive relationships between Kongregate and our partners. They will need to be subject matter experts on all things relating to Kongregate's partners as well as staying abreast of emerging F2P gaming trends, and leveraging additional consumer information provided cross-functionally from GameStop's marketing, merchandising, and operations departments. He/she will interact with his or her supervisor as frequently as needed by either. All routine and many non-routine decisions may be made without prior supervisor approval. This role is generally characterized by moderate levels of enterprise scope, complexity, and independent decision making.

Manager, Business Development

Manager, Business Development manages the developer relationships essential to Kongregate's mobile game publishing unit and online delivery platform. Senior Marketing Manager, User Acquisition

As a Senior Marketing Manager, User Acquisition on the Kongregate User Acquisition team, your mission is to maximize the growth of our mobile games. Your primary responsibility is to take a comprehensive approach to growth using every tool at your disposal with the explicit purpose of growing our network. You will work as part of our marketing team to analyze marketing campaigns, player retention, and virality to help guide budget allocations across networks and seek cross-promotion opportunities. You will work with our marketing vendors to optimize creatives and campaigns across their publisher base.

The ideal candidate is an avid game player, understands mobile game design and product best practices, and also has an inherent love of analytics and data.

Responsibilities:
Analyze user acquisition campaigns and work with vendors to optimize spend across creatives, publishers, and games
Generate performance reports of campaign effectiveness
Manage marketing spend to drive growth and retention goals for our live games
Manage user acquisition across several key game titles in our portfolio

Qualifications:
Keen analytical mind that thrives in a metrics driven environment
