2D Game Artist

Working with close supervision, the 2D Game Artist will work primarily with game producers and business partners on the execution of creating art for Kongregate game titles. Associates in the role will handle end-to-end art requirements for a game, from sketching out concepts and storyboards, developing art styles, to building game assets. This person can adapt to different styles for different game titles. During off game art cycles, this position will also be working on other disciplines, including illustrating artwork for creative ads we use for user acquisition and marketing for our mobile games.

Work with game producers and other team members to draw and illustrate art for Kongregate's game titles

Create concept art and storyboards which help communicate the proposed visual elements during pre-production

Accountant

Working with general supervision, the Accountant supervises the invoice and royalties payment cycle, with the chief responsibility of submitting accurate and complete payment files to GameStop for payment. The position receives invoices, creates monthly advertising and virtual goods royalty payment runs, reviews entries, and records payments for developer-facing reporting. The principal business outcome for this role is supporting the accurate, timely delivery of organizational accounting statements by ensuring Kongregate expenses are paid accurately and charged to correct reporting periods.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:
Ensure proper coding, approval level, and entry of nearly all expense payable invoices.
Accurately generate payment runs weekly or as directed.
Accurately record payment run information, to be reported weekly and reconciled monthly.
Supervise the research and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
Supervise the accurate entry and maintenance of vendor records including tax information.
Supervise the detection and handling of credit card and other forms of payment fraud by the customer service team.
Supervise and support the research and response to developer payment and tax inquiries by the customer service team.

Mobile Platform Relations Manager

The Mobile Platform Relations Manager is responsible for daily/weekly communications with Mobile platform partners that essential to Kongregate's mobile publishing program. Senior Marketing Manager, User Acquisition

As a Senior Marketing Manager, User Acquisition on the Kongregate User Acquisition team, your mission is to maximize the growth of our mobile games. Your primary responsibility is to take a comprehensive approach to growth using every tool at your disposal with the explicit purpose of growing our network. You will work as part of our marketing team to analyze marketing campaigns, player retention, and virality to help guide budget allocations across networks and seek cross-promotion opportunities. You will work with our marketing vendors to optimize creatives and campaigns across their publisher base.

The ideal candidate is an avid game player, understands mobile game design and product best practices, and also has an inherent love of analytics and data.

Responsibilities:
Analyze user acquisition campaigns and work with vendors to optimize spend across creatives, publishers, and games
Generate performance reports of campaign effectiveness
Manage marketing spend to drive growth and retention goals for our live games
Manage user acquisition across several key game titles in our portfolio

Qualifications:
Keen analytical mind that thrives in a metrics driven environment
