VP of Platform

Publishing Product Manager

As a Product Manager on the Publishing team, you will work on several mobile free-to-play titles. You will work with other Publishing team members to help several different game teams develop and improve their products. You will monitor the health of your games, stay aware of the performance of our portfolio of games, and identify KPIs that can be improved. You will conduct market research on competitor games and apply your understanding of the marketplace and its direction to the development of our games. You will make the case for why we should focus on a given metric and how a given approach is the best use of a team's time. You will measure the performance of features and events that teams put in their games, write up analysis and reports, and make recommendations about what should be done next. You will also drive forward data science initiatives across the company, making the case for why we should devote resources to building analytical capacity in a given space in terms of what that capacity would allow us to do and understand. You will work with almost every member of the Publishing team, helping them measure and improve their impact and helping to define key outcomes and performance metrics. As your supervisor will be in the San Francisco office, you will be expected to communicate proficiently and proactively with coworkers at all levels of the company and work with minimal supervision.

Work on several free-to-play mobile games across a variety of genres and developer teams
Own responsibility for the performance and health of your games (improvement/decline of KPIs) and their performance against targets
Monitor the health of your games. The PM should know and flag when and why various KPIs and player behaviors change (e.g. revenue spike, retention drop, etc.) and have a perspective on what we should do about it
Conduct routine analysis on games that you work on and scope out larger-scale analysis for analysts to tackle

Producer, Mobile Games

The Producer, Mobile Games manages the relationship with 3rd party developers to guide, design and improve multiple games focusing on the monetization, engagement, and retention of players. Senior Data Analyst

The Insights and Analytics team is responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytics support across the company. As a Senior Data Analyst you will work closely with product leaders across our different business units to provide actionable insights that will help them better execute their strategies. You will collaborate with data engineers ensure our data pipeline is stable, efficient and effective. You will help support a number of teams including marketing, game and platform product managers, third and first party game developers and finance. Director, Mobile Marketing

The Director, Mobile Marketing will manage and optimize game campaigns across several network and channels owning the entire end to end marketing funnel. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage and develop the skills of the overall marketing team across a wide range of user acquisition programs for our mobile games. The Director, Mobile Marketing will work with members of the marketing team to train, develop, and ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
