your market never delivered my goods. it showed it heading to the planet. getting there. but it never dropped off the merch.

Are you sure about that? It can happen to miss the resource arrival in the visualization, but if you orderer million of resources and you had much fewer amount on that planet, you can easily check if they had arrived, provided you remember your previous amount
