Does the speed stat actually do anything? It doesn't seem to have any effect at all.

I just reset my stats and skills and put EVERYTHING into speed, and my turn came no more frequently. Don't waste your time.

Eight. There are EIGHT planes that do not require money. This is unacceptable. Hell, the only good plane that doesn't require money is the Komet. And all the very best ones do. I boycott this game.
