Right now we only show it when you click on a building that is within range of a booster building. We are not showing how much a building is enhanced. There is already so much UI and numbers shown, we are trying to think through a good way to do this. Thanks for the question! :-)

Add max population. Then the Prestige button with activate. By hitting that button a series of events will happen that will reset the game and give you some extra bonuses. Your map will reset and you will build your map again with more power.
