A way to control tower behavior would be nice!

There seems to be an issue with importing a save game. Whenever I click import save it says "formatting error". I don't know if it is a problem with the game or with me. Any advice or input in the matter?

There is another game with the same art style, does anyone know its name? I believe it was a sidescroller with the turtle beating hundreds of enemies up with guns. Much bloodier than this game if you can believe it.
