The "clown rage" ability doesnt seem to work for Pete the Carney. I have him at level 500 and see no multiplier bonus.

hint for lvl 37...carrier moves lightbulb, then is teleported...light turns on solar panel and pusher...pusher is teleported to move the cannon...
