how am i supposed to earn 15 in-game achievements if they wont show up?

turbo+rampage=long term turbo awesomeness not upgraded wheels+ sharp turn= off road race... also equal to WTF?!?!

8 levels seems like a lot to go through to get a badge that's only 15 points... but it all goes to a challenge...sooo?
