For me, the game was a lot of fun! Not dying in the entire playthrough was actually pretty easy for me since after leveling once you get more and more potions. At the end of every playthrough the difficulty became a bit of a joke though. This is because once you get the sword the exp nerf doesn't really matter anymore as you can just leave and enter a room with enemies to get to max level. After that, the poor old guys don't really stand a chance.

If you jump of the platform before loading the hungry flower and die off-screen you won't be able to fight the boss. (had to restart)
